Study On Extraction Optimization And Bacteriostasis Effect Of Three Species Of Insect Flavones

Flavonoid with antioxidant,fall hematic fat,dissolve thrombus,can dilate blood vessels,inhibit blood small pull activated factor,can treat disease of heart head bloodvessel,improve cerebral circulation,protecting the brain function,can treat nephrotic syndrome,diabetes,vascular dementia,and other major role.Extract flavonoid compounds is an important work,a special emphasis on such substances extracted from there,now is extracted from insect commonly,because insects such biological reproduction speed is faster,and also does not have a lot of positive role in the development of crops,so extract flavonoid compounds from insects can yet be regarded as a good way,but the problem is now the technology has some shortcomings,the efficiency of the compound extracted from insects is lower,then there is no form a suitable management system,so in the development of a process,how to extract flavonoid compounds is a key research content.In order to provide effective reference for the establishment of insect flavonoid extraction method by using different organic solvents to extract the flavonoids from cockroaches,locusts and cantharides.The flavonoid extraction method was used to extract the flavonoids from insects.The study on the effect of flavonoids on the bacteriostatic effect of cockroaches,locusts and cantharides in the three species of insects was carried out.Specifically,include the following work:(1)periplaneta Americana,locusts,hsu determination of the three kinds of insect flavonoids content:(1)periplaneta Americana contain abundant plant flavonoids,content at16.0 mg/ g-19.7 mg/ g,so the extraction process of flavonoids of periplaneta Americana study is of positive significance;(2)The content of flavonoids in the locusts was slightly lower than that of the American cockroach,at 3.79mg/g-18.6mg/g;(3)The contents of flavonoids in the canthariae were 4.12mg/g-18.5mg/g.(2)the periplaneta Americana,locusts,hsu hemicyenine three insects for determination of optimum extraction conditions of flavonoids:(1)through the different extraction temperature,extraction time and solid-liquid ratio,this paper compares and analyzes the extraction effect of comprehensive consideration of various factors,finally determine the periplaneta Americana: best condition for flavonoids extraction temperature is 25 ?,time of 12 h,and solid-liquid ratio of 1:8.(2)through the different extraction temperature,extraction time and solid-liquid ratio,this paper compares and analyzes the extraction effect of comprehensive consideration of various factors,and ultimately determine the locusts flavonoids: best condition for extracting temperature is 25 ?,the extracting time is 8 h,ratio of material liquid 1:12.(3)based on the different extraction temperature,extraction time and solid-liquid ratio,this paper compares and analyzes the extraction effect of comprehensive consideration of various factors,the final hsu Kim: best condition for flavonoids extraction temperature is 25 ?,time of 12 h,and solid-liquid ratio of 1:8.
