The purpose of the work proves that the same theoretically non-toxic PVC material will produce different in vitro cytotoxicity results under different extraction conditions.Method Neutral red intake method. The effects of the leaching container in the method, the serum content in the extract, and the extraction temperature were investigated to determine the effect of the cytotoxicity test on PVC materials in vitro. Then, the natural latex was further leached with serum-containing medium at 37 ? for 24 hours and 0.9%NaCl injection at 121 0 C for 1 hour, and the cells were cultured with two different extracts at a natural latex concentration. The cytotoxicity results of the different extraction processes vary widely. The results show that different leaching processes of the same material can produce different cytotoxicity through scientific experiments. The reason is that the compounds in the polymer material combine with the serum proteins in the extract due to different leaching processes.A substance that affects cell proliferation and development. Conclusion It is recommended that the current version of the National Drug Packaging Container(Material)method standard cytotoxicity test method(YBB00012003)increase the extraction conditions of 0.9%NaCl injection at 121 0 C for 1 hour according to the production process.
