A Study About The Acknowledge And Influenced Factors Of Bidirectional Diagnosis In The System Of Chong Qing Medical Association

Research purposeThe purpose of this study is to conduct a questionnaire survey on five groups of doctors,including doctors of tertiary hospitals,doctors of primary hospitals,and administrators of third-level hospitals,managers of grass-roots hospitals and hospitalized patients,who are in the hospital of Chongqing,to understand the cognition of bidirectional referral between internal hospitals,the status quo of two-way referral,the satisfaction and effect evaluation of the status quo of referral,and to find out the main problems affecting the smooth referral between hospitals,analyze the causes of the problem,and put forward targeted,feasible solutions and countermeasures.It hopes to provide decision-making basis for promoting the smooth operation of the internal bidirectional referral system,promoting the construction and improving the establishment of Chongqing medical association.Research method1 Literature research method: consult Wanfang,CNKI,PubMed,Google Scholar and other network media,related books,collect and read the relevant domestic and foreign research literature and summarize,provide a profound theoretical basis for the development of this topic.2 Questionnaire investigation: this research adopts the random sampling method,selects the medical personnel and the patient random sampling to carry out the questionnaire survey in six medical institutions of the medical association.3 The method of interview survey: based on understanding the relevant policies of bidirectional referral in China,other provinces and cities and Chongqing Municipality,it draws up an outline of semi-structured interviews,and conducts qualitative interviews with selected sample leaders of medical and health institutions.4 Quantitative and qualitative data: the quantitative data are inputted and sorted by epida3-1,and chi-square test and Logistic regression analysis are carried out by SPSS software.Analysis and discussion1 The implementation of bidirectional medical referral is not smooth enough,and it is easy to transfer up and difficult to transfer down.2 The implementation of bidirectional medical referral is not smooth enough,and it is easy to transfer up and difficult to transfer down.3 Lack of effective guidance,supervision and incentives.4 Insufficient capacity of primary medical institutions hinders patients downward referrals.5 Lack of knowledge and understanding of two-way referrals among medical staff and patients.Countermeasures and suggestions1 Strengthen the propaganda of both doctors and patients.2 Strengthen guidance,supervision and encouragement.3 Strengthen the service capacity of primary medical institutions.4 Improve the medical information sharing network to improve the efficiency of two-way referral.5 Construct close medical conjoined to realize a new situation of grading diagnosis and treatment.
