Fungal Keratitis In Hebei Province:Epidemiology,Treatment And Prognosis

Objective:1.Retrospective study 542 patients with diagnosis of fungal keratitis in hebei China epidemiological analysis,aim to the region in the early diagnosis of fungal keratitis,provide basis for treatment and prevention.2.To compare and observe the different treatment regimens of 314 cases of fungal keratitis of different bacteria,and provide the basis for interventional intervention.Materials and methods:Retrospective collection of 542 cases(542 eyes)diagnosed as fungal keratitis in the eye disease center of the second hospital of hebei medical university from January 2008 to July 2017,the etiology and etiological analysis were carried out according to A detailed history of the acquisitionthe,microscopic examination of slit lamp,KOH wet film method,fungi isolation culture,identification and epidemiological investigation.In the 542 patients,314 patients with FK were randomly selected for systematic treatment,and the different treatment measures were analyzed and summarized.Results:In this study,the male and female ratio of FK patients was 2.1/1,and the majority of farmers were farmers.There were 398 cases of plant trauma,accounting for 73.43 percent.FK patients specimen of smears of 542patients(542 eyes)display,the positive detection rate of 92.97%,a total of eight species were isolated by,501 strains of pathogenic fungi.Fusarium moniliforme accounted for 49.70%.Fusarium solani accounted for 8.58%.Alternaria accounted for 19.76%.Aspergillus species,yellow aspergillus6.19%,smoke aspergillus species accounted for 3.69%,small nest aspergillus accounted for 1.20%,other aspergillus(3.59%),candida(4.19%)and penicillium accounted for 0.60%,bending spore bacteria accounted for 0.60%for five years,1.20%(1.20%),candida,beaded merger aspergillus accounted for 0.20%.Our treatments include the drug with corneal ulcer debridement therapy,drug combination conjunctival flap coverage treatment,combined corneal transplantation,the treatment of combined ophthalmic resection of drugs.All the above treatment measures were effective.Conclusion:The rate of blindness of fungal cornea is high,and the detection rate of10% potassium hydroxide wet film is high,which can be used as the preliminary test of FK.The etiology of fungal keratitis in hebei province were analyzed to provide basis for future treatment.Simple drug therapy for mild fungal corneal ulcer can achieve good results,but the combination of medium and severe fungal corneal ulcer is better than that of simple drugs.
