Objective:In recent years, the incidence of coronary heart disease has increased rapidly and has become a young age, which has become one of the major diseases that endanger human health and life safety.Osteoproteger(OPG)is a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily, which can protect the blood vessels by self-secretion and collateral secretion. In arterial sclerosis(AS)forming process,it can reduce the blood vessel wall calcification lesions, protecting vascular endothelial cells,so it can be in coronary heart disease, the pathogenesis of vascular diseases such AS diabetes, high blood pressure plays an important role in regulating.Growth differentiation factor-15(GDF-15)is a member of the transformation growth factor ?,is a kind of stress protein, when in ischemic myocardial cells of oxygen and pressure overload, defect reperfusion, such as cases,GDF-15 expression of myocardial cells significantly increased. Therefore,it is considered that GDF-15 in the ischemic region can be used to repair the wound and promote healing. In 2002,Brown DA et al.reported that serum GDF-15 levels were independent risk factors for cardiovascular events such as atherosclerosis. This study by detecting coronary artery disease in patients with peripheral blood OPG,GDF-15 level change, and to explore its correlation with the severity of coronary artery lesions, aimed at understanding of OPG,GDF-15 patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)plays the role of coronary artery lesions.Materials and methods:The subjects were aged between 35 and 79 years.According to the severity of the patient's condition, the selected patients with coronary heart disease were divided into 40 patients in the ACS group and 40 in the SA group.20 patients in the control group were diagnosed by coronary angiography. All the subjects who met the inclusion criteria were collected at 1h of the hospital and collected 4ml of the venous blood of the elbow, and the OPG and GDF-15 levels were detected by ELISA.The coronary angiography was performed by cardiovascular physicians in the central hospital of chengde, and the results were interpreted by two cardiovascular physicians. The main coronary artery stenosis of >50 % was positive, and further divided into single branch, double branch and multiple lesion group, and the left main lesion was equivalent to double lesions. Results:In the three groups of patients, there was no statistically significant difference in age, sex, proportion of smoking, proportion of diabetes and hypertension(P>0.05),so there was comparability between groups. The level of OPG and GDF-15 in the ACS group and SA group was higher than the control group(P<0.05),the level of OPG and GDF-15 in SA group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the level of OPG and GDF-15 in the ACS group was significantly higher than that of SA group and control group(P<0.01).There was significant difference in serum OPG level between single vessel lesion group, double vessel lesion group and multiple vascular lesion group(P<0.05);There was significant difference in serum GDF-15 level between single vessel lesion group, double vessel lesion group and multiple vascular lesion group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The study found that serum OPG,GDF-15 levels were significantly different between the groups,in ACS group than SA,and SA group was significantly higher than the control group, was positively correlated with the severity of coronary artery pathological changes, will be as the evaluation of coronary artery disease and myocardial ischemia degree of important means, and is likely to become a new kind of biochemical markers of cardiovascular disease, opened a new direction for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease prevention and control.
