ObjectiveThrough the analysis of the factors of hypothermia in cesarean section and the changes of maternal body temperature during the operation, using compound heat preservation measures and traditional heat preservation measures to heat preservation of parturient in cesarean section, the research and evaluation of the clinical effect of applying compound heat preservation measures in cesarean section operation,It provides reference for taking more reasonable and effective heat preservation measures in cesarean section operation, and provides scientific basis for improving nursing quality in operating room.MethodsSelect from July 2017 to December 2017 at Yan'an University Affiliated Hospital operating room cesarean section operation, age 2245,single fetal term?gestational week in 3640 weeks?in labor, agreed to cooperate with and signed the informed consent of the Caesarean section Maternity 199 cases, using a simple random grouping method,The study subjects were divided into experimental groups and control group. In 96 cases, the composite heat preservation measures including homemade"warm Baby"heat preservation operation and the operation of the input liquid, rinse liquid heating. In the control group,103 cases were treated with traditional operation insulation, namely, the traditional operation of single heat preservation and room temperature liquid and flushing liquid.1 data collection and collation, the use of Excel worksheet to establish a database, double check input, the use of SPSS20.0 statistical software for statistical data analysis,Test level?=0.05.2 The measurement data were described by the mean±standard deviation??x±s?,the measured normal distribution data were analyzed by two independent samples T test, repeated measurement variance analysis and correlation analysis,Comparison between two groups with lsd-t test, the counting data was expressed by the rate,the?2 test was used to compare, and P<0.05 was statistically significant difference.Results1 The maternal age, height, weight, the amount of flushing fluid, the time of operation, the amount of infusion and the temperature of the tympanic membrane during the time of the operation were basically consistent and comparable.2 There was a statistically significant difference in tympanic temperature between the two groups of parturient during the T1T8 period?P<0.05?.There was no significant difference in tympanic temperature between the two groups of women during the operation, and the temperature of tympanic membrane in the two groups was T0T3 in T4T8 time period.3 In the experiment,34 cases of parturient women had hypothermia during the operation,1 cases of maternal hypothermia in the test group, and 33 cases of maternal hypothermia in the control groups.4 There were 29 cases of maternal shivering during the operation, including 24 cases of maternal shivering in the control group, and 5 cases of maternal chills. In the two groups of women, there were 23 cases of 1 degree shivering in the control group in 18 cases,5cases in the test group, and 6 cases of women with 2 levels of shivering in the control group.5 During the experiment, the heart rate and blood pressure of the two groups changed with the operation, and the difference was statistically significant, but there was no statistically significant difference in the heart rate and blood pressure between the group and the control group in different time.6 The average weight change of 199 pregnant women in the trial prior to the operation was 15.08 kg.199 Women with low body weight before pregnancy?BMI<18.5 kg/m2?A total of 23 women, the normal weight group?18.5kg/m2?BMI?23.9 kg/m2?A total of127 women, super recombinant?kg/m2?BMI?27.9 kg/m2?A total of 38 maternal, obesity Group?BMI?28 kg/m2?A total of 11 women. The relationship between the weight gain during pregnancy and the temperature of tympanic membrane during the operation was determined by Spearman grade correlation analysis. The value of weight gain in pregnancy and the temperature of tympanic membrane before Chepi,rs value=0.219?P<0.05?,can be seen that there is a positive correlation between the two,but the correlation is weak. The value of weight gain in pregnancy compared with tympanic temperature at the end of operation,rs value=0.338?P<0.05?,there is a positive correlation between the two,but the correlation is weaker.Conclusion1 The compound heat preservation measure compared with traditional traditional heat preservation can maintain the maternal body temperature to be stable in the cesarean section operation better, reduces the shivering and the low body temperature occurrence rate.2 Caesarean section is the fastest stage of maternal body temperature decline within30min after the delivery of the fetus.3 The infrared ear thermometer can be used to monitor the intraoperative temperature of parturient undergoing cesarean section operation.4"Warm Baby"this new economic and practical heating materials can be used for cesarean section of women during the operation of warm and postoperative recovery.5 Provide reference material for prenatal maternal weight control during pregnancy.
