Preliminary Correlation Studies Of Dialectical Type In Traditional Chinese Medicine Of Non-valvular Atrial Fibrillation And CHA2DS2-VASc Score Etc

Objective Atrial fibrillation is a common disease.There are many complications such as heart failure,thromboembolism and so on,caused by atrial fibrillation,resulting in the reduction of the quality of life.Non valvular atrial fibrillation is the most common type of atrial fibrillation.The article is to study correlation between dialectical type in traditional Chinese medicine of nonvalvular atrial fibrillation and CHA2DS2-VASc score of nonvalvular atrial fibrillation,studing correlation in preliminarily between dialectical type in traditional Chinese medicine of non valvular atrial fibrillation and general data,complications,cardiac ultrasound related indicators too.It provides an objective clinical evidence for calculating the risk of thrombus and the diagnosis and treatment of atrial fibrillation in Chinese medicine.Methods We selected 123 cases of patients with non valvular atrial fibrillation from January 2014 to December 2016,which was hospitalized in the first Department of cardiology ward of Shengjing Hospital,according with admission criterion,collecting general data,complications,cardiac ultrasound related indicators,and we distinguished dialectical type in traditional Chinese medicine according to clinical symptoms.Thrombus risk score was assessed by CHA2DS2-VASc.SPSS19.0 statistical software package was used for statistical analysis,and t test,F test,x~2 test or logistic regression were used to get the results.The difference was statistically significant in P<0.05.Results1.The results about dialectical type of 123 cases of patients with non valvular atrial fibrillation:shuiyinlingxin45,yuzuxinmai25,xinxuebuzu29,xinyangbuzhen12,yinxuhuowang 9,tanhuowaoxin 3.(The three genre,include xinyangbuzu,yinxuhuowang,tanhuoraoxin,do not compare with other genre,beacause the number of the three genre is less.Otherwise,it may increase the error.)2.CHA2DS2-VASc score 1-2 in Xinxuebuzu genre group,20 cases in total,are significantly higher than the other genre group,CHA2DS2-VASc score 5-9 in Shuiyinlingxin genre group,25 cases in total,are significantly higher than other points,statistically significant difference,P<0.05;3.LVEF of Shuiyinlingxin genre group was obviously lower than Xinxuebuzu genre group and Yuzuxinmai genre group,difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.LAD of Shuiyinlingxin genre group was obviously higher than Xinxuebuzu genre group,difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.LVEDD of Shuiyinlingxin genre group was obviously higher than Xinxuebuzu genre group,difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Comparison with normal values of echocardiography:LVEF of shuiyinlingxin genre is decreased and LAD increased;LVEF and LVEDD of xinxuebuzu genre group is normal;the LVEDD of yuzuxinmai genre group is normal.(P<0.05)4.The percentage of complication coronary heart disease in different dialectical types group:Yuzuxinmai genre group 80%,Shuiyinlingxin genre group 55%,Xinxuebuzu genre group 24%.The percentage of complication heart failure in different dialectical types group:Shuiyinlingxin genre group 93%,Xinxuebuzu genre group 28%,Yuzuxinmai genre group 24%.Conclusion1.Shuiyinlingxin genre of NVAF has a higher rate of thrombus,merging heart failure even more,with LVEF reduced,left atrium expanded,and left ventricular a critical high value;2.Yuzuxinmai genre of NVAF has a higher rate of complication coronary heart disease,with a normal LVEDD,and the LVEF of it is at a critical low value,the LAD of it and is at a critical high value.The risk of thrombus is lower than shuiyinlingxin genre.3.Xinxuebuzu genre of NVAF has a a normal LAD,LVEF,but the LAD of it and is at a critical high value.The risk of thrombus is lower than shuiyinlingxin,yuzuxinmai genre.
