Objective: to further understand the role and significance of the application of carbon nano-parathyroid gland negative development in radical operation of thyroid carcinoma through a clinical comparative study.Methods: to collect the first Department of general surgery of Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University in January 2015-2015 year in May 370 cases of thyroid cancer were collected,including the use of nano carbon was 136 as the experimental group,the routine operation for 234 people in the control group.The number of two groups of lymph nodes,the length of the operation,the postoperative serum calcium,and the difference between the preoperative and postoperative PTH were recorded,and there was no statistical difference between the two groups.Result:(1)the average length of operation in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group.The average operation time of the experimental group was 130.96 + 62.64 minutes,and the average operation time of the control group was 162.40 + 85.21 minutes.P<0.05 has statistical significance.)(2)there was no significant difference in the difference of PTH between the experimental group and the control group before and after the operation.The difference between the preoperative and postoperative PTH difference in the experimental group was 23.69 + 17.15 pg/ml,and the difference between the preoperative and postoperative PTH was 40.46 + 113.87pg/ml..The change of PTH in the control group was smaller than that in the control group before and after operation,but p>0.05 had no significant difference.(3)there was no significant difference in serum calcium between the experimental group and the control group.The serum calcium in the experimental group was 2.01 + 0.20 mmol/L after operation,and the serum calcium in the control group was 2.02 + 0.18 mmol/L.after operation.The serum calcium value in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference in P>0.05 between the two groups.)(4)the number of lymph node extirpation in the VI area of the experimental group was significantly more than that in the control group.The total number of lymph nodes in the VI area of the experimental group was 930,with an average of 6.84 + 4.25.The total extirpation of lymph nodes in the VI area of the control group was 616,with an average of 2.63 + 2.77.P<0.05 has statistical significance.)conclusion(1)the use of negative development technique in radical thyroidectomy can reveal the parathyroid gland more clearly.(2)the use of carbon nanomaterials in radical thyroidectomy can increase the number of lymph nodes in VI region(3)the nano carbon negative development can clearly show the parathyroid gland in the case of lymph node dyed in radical thyroidectomy,and shorten the operation time.
