| Objective:Breast cancer, the most common cancer among women in the world, has seriously threatened women’s health and quality of life.In breast cancer, epigenetic regulation has changed the expression of some key genes, leading to the generation and development of tumors.Epigenetic studies have played an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.TET protein is an important catalytic enzyme in epigenetics to convert 5m C into 5hm C demethylation pathway. There are some studies on TET protein in breast cancer,at present There is not much research on the correlation between TET3 protein and clinical pathological factors of breast cancer,In this study, immunohistochemistry was used to study the expression of TET3 protein in breast cancer tissues,To explore the correlation between clinical and pathological correlation studies between TET3 protein and breast cancer, and to the prognosis of breast cancer patients. Methods:From January 2011 to December 2015,82 cases of breast cancer Breast cancer sealed block were collected from the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University.Semi-quantitative analysis of TET3 protein expression in breast cancer tissues was performed by immunohistochemistry and quantitative TG quantitative tissue analysis methods.SPSS20.0 statistical software was used for data analysis. The t-test was used for different molecular subtypings, and c 2 was used for the data between groups.Kaplan-Meier method for survival analysis.Significant difference using Log-rank test, when p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Results:1.TET3 protein expression was higher in Luminal A,Luminal B(Her-2negative)and triple negative breast cancer than in Luminal B(Her-2 positive)and Her-2 overexpression breast cancer.2.TET3 protein expression in breast cancer tissues was correlated with lymph node metastasis(p=0.048)and age(p=0.018).Logistic regression analysis revealed that age was related to TET3 protein expression in breast cancer tissues(p=0.006).The lower the level of TET3 protein expression.3.Kaplan-Meier survival analysis and Log-rank test were used to evaluate the correlation of TET3 protein expression with survival in breast cancer.TET3 protein expression was not significantly associated with overall survival(OS)and disease-free survival(DFS)(p>0.05).Conclusion:The positive expression of TET3 protein is related to the positive expression of Her-2,and the age is an important factor influencing the TET3 protein level in breast cancer.Age is positively correlated with TET3 protein. This study can not prove that TET3 protein is an independent factor in the prognosis of breast cancer patients. |
