With the development of technologies such as genetic technology,high-throughput sequencing, and molecular biology.Precision medicine is gradually gaining popularity.Breast cancer is a heterogeneous tumor with different treatment and efficacy in different patients. Most of the previous treatment experience is based on comprehensive analysis of clinical-pathological factors(age, menopausal status, lymph node status, tumor size, stage, grade, immunohistochemistry, tumor type, etc),or some tools such as Adjuvant! Online [1,2].However,these experiences or tools cannot predict the efficacy of chemotherapy, and people who may benefit more or less from chemotherapy can't be screened. Therefore,it is necessary to carry out individualized treatment and precision medicine of patients with breast malignant tumors.multigene tests technology and molecular subtyping have brought new research directions for precise and individual treatment of breast cancer patients. At present, the following five multigene tests technologies are recommended: 21 genes(trade name: Oncotype DX?),70 genes(trade name: MammaPrint?),50 genes(PAM50?),Breast Cancer Index?,EndoPredict?.Among them,Multiple retrospective/prospective studies have confirmed that 21-gene assay can prognostic and predict the efficacy of chemotherapy in ER+,Her-2-,and lymph node-negative/positive(1-3)tumors,and determine whether patients can undergo chemotherapy. This will enable patients to receive personalized treatment that is more suitable for themselves, and avoid excessive treatment, increase the confidence of doctors and patients significantly. On the other hand, molecular subtyping is widely used in the treatment of breast cancer patients.Patients with different molecular subtypes require different treatment options and their prognosis is different.
