| Mobile phone platform and wireless Internet as carrier,teleconsultation system has developed rapidly in today's society.Mobile tele-consultation is an emerging product,which utilizes mobile communication technology and mobile phone to provide medical information and services.To reach tele-consultation without time and space constraints,to achieve remote experts on the grass-roots doctors Q & A,so that doctors and experts to reach consensus on the diagnosis and treatment,so that patients be assured,give doctors confidence;to help doctors make definite diagnosis and guide doctors to symptomatic treatment;provide guidance for anesthesia and operation programs;for doctors cannot solve the problem can be directly get transfered to orher hospitals for further treatment.We can get high quality and efficient medical service with lower funds.Objective:To study the status of clinical application of a mobile tele-consultation terminal in Shaanxi Province,and to play a positive role in reducing capital investment and obtaining high quality and efficient medical service.According to the results obtained from the field research,finally,to standardize and improve the application platform of mobile tele-consultation terminal;to promote grassroots doctors to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment;realize the grading diagnosis,to achieve the optimal allocation of medical resources,put forward effective suggestions and improvement measures.Method:In this research,a great deal of literatures were looked up,and each aspect of the questionnaire design was determined by expert interviews.A questionnaire was prepared according to the results of the literature and interviews.After the assessment and examination,questionnaires were formed.Using the method of investigation and research,doctors and patients were investigated.After the effective questionnaires were collected,using Epidata3.1 into the database,using SPSS19.0 software for descriptive statistical analysis and statistical inference and testing.Compare the mobile tele-consultation terminal with the previous tele-consultation in working model,operating mode,investment cost and other aspects of the differences,indicating the advantages of mobile remote consultation.Results: 1 Survey results:Doctors and patients have different understanding,experience and evaluation of mobile terminal application.The awareness rate of patients for mobile tele-consultation was 58.4%,and the awareness rate of doctors for mobile tele-consultation was 74.6%.Patients in the use of mobile tele-consultation can achieve the solution to the disease,can save the cost of hospital treatment and the time to understand the different affect the choice of patients with mobile phone tele-consultation.Physicians in the use of mobile tele-consultation terminal can improve the level of diagnosis and treatment,can benefit from mobile tele-consultation,can be timely and effective consultation service,mobile tele-consultation is functional and other aspects of understanding,affecting the physician finally choose to use the mobile tele-consultation.Understand the problems existing in the continuous development of mobile tele-consultation.2 Comparative analysis results:By comparing the mobile tele-consultation terminal with the previous tele-consultation,the service operation mode,the network operation mode and the service cost are compared.Clear the advantages of mobile tele-consultation services.Conclusions:It is pointed out that the advantages of mobile tele-consultation in Shaanxi province should be solved in the clinical application,and the problem of sustainable development should be solved.It should be aimed at different people and use various places to strengthen the clinical application of mobile tele-consultation.Unified mobile tele-consultation fee standard,included in the scope of medical insurance reimbursement.Establishing the standard of mobile tele-consultation to eliminate the worries of both doctors and patients.Improve the quality and level of mobile tele-consultation service,perfect the function of mobile tele-consultation,and ensure the effect of tele-consultation.Policies and regulations support,highlight the characteristics of friendly and easy to use.Looking forward to the future,exploring mobile tele-consultation terminal clinical application of sustainable development. |
