The marathon movement has been extensive in the world.Popular with more and more people, but in recent years, the marathon runner at the start of the game in a variety of sports injury phenomenon emerge in endlessly. It use that function motion test(FMS,SFMA,YBT)to screen the physical stability, flexibility and action control ability of the 40 men with age between 37-47,and perform a statistical analysis on the screening result. It is hope that by performing function screen on that marathon enthusiast, the physical weakness of the marathon enthusiast will be found to reduce the defect in the body motion phase. To increase the efficiency of marathon enthusiasts, reducing the risk of exercise damage for marathon enthusiasts. Here's the study:1.Use functional movement test(FMS,YBT,SFMA)to capture the defects of subjects' action patterns from different perspectives. These three screening approaches should be combined in the screening process to provide a more effective and accurate detection of mechanisms and causes that result in poor or risk of action patterns. It is not comprehensive enough merely by one or two screen.2.The injured parts of the subject were mainly concentrated in knee, ankle and hip,and the pain class I was.3.Through statistical analysis of FMS test data,it was found that there was a great potential for sports injury of the subjects. The core stability force of the subjects is better than the spirit activity, and there is insufficient strength in the upper extremity.4.Through statistical analysis of FMS and SFMA test data,it was found that the tightness of the front shoulder muscle group of the subjects was higher than that of the back side, the flexibility of the left shoulder joint was better than that of the right, and there was asymmetric functional disorder. Some of the subjects may have had shoulder impact syndrome. The flexible degree of hip joint flexibility in the subject is severely limited, mainly because of the high degree of tightness of the iliotibial tract and the hamstring tendon.5.Statistical analysis of YBT and SFMA tested data revealed that the subject had large hidden trouble of movement injury, and the left leg was superior to the right leg.The main reason should be the lack of stability of the right leg knee and hip joints, the weakness of the right leg quadriceps and hamstrings, and the limited ability of the ankle to flexion.6.The right leg in the middle test after the YBT is better than the left leg. This phenomenon is temporarily unable to be explained by the existing data.In tests on the front and back sides, the left leg is better than the right leg and the left leg is more stable. The specific mechanisms that led to the results of this test are unclear and require further research.7.Through statistical analysis of SFMA test data,it was found that the single-joint action mode of the subjects was superior to the multi-joint action mode, and the main functional obstacles were: poor function and no pain(DN).Subjects were neck muscle tone is higher than the left the right side of the chain. The external rotation ability of the shoulder joint of the subject is stronger than that of the internal rotation ability, and the right shoulder joint has severe internal rotation dysfunction, imbalance and asymmetric dysfunction. The subject's proprioception has to be improved, the defective rate is high, especially the lack of stability of the right leg.8.Statistical analysis of the SFMA and SFMA breakthrough test data revealed that the patients had severe functional defect of hip flexion and hip external rotation ability, and the activity of the left leg hip is worse than that of the right leg.The flexibility of the waist and ankle of the subject is severely restricted, and the flexibility of the right side of the thoracic vertebra is inferior relative to the left side.
