| Objective:To explore the methods of risk assessment of sports injuries among the young hockey enthusiasts and to establish a rehabilitation evaluation model suitable for young hockey enthusiasts.Methods:Total of 40 amateur hockey enthusiasts in Beijing teenage Hockey Club were selected as the subjects.The data were collected from the standard FMS,Y-Balance,standing jump and return running,and the non-contact injuries of the young hockey enthusiasts in the season was traced,and the results were finally obtained by statistical analysis.The relationship between test indexes and non-contact injuries.Results:the scores of FMS,Y-Balance,standing jump and return run of the group of 11 to 13 years old group and 13 to 15 years old group were significantly different from the injuries risk,and the best cyt point of the corresponding test results was obtained.Chi square test showed that the prevalence of positive group was significantly higher than that of negative group(P<0.01).The incidence of injury before and after intervention was compared.T test showed that the incidence of injury decreased significantly before and after intervention.Conclusion:Among the young people with good ice hockey in Beijing,the use of the total score of FMS,Y-balance,the long jump and the return run can adapt to the evaluation model of the non-contact injuries of the Beijing ice hockey enthusiasts.There is a strong statistical correlation between the index and non-contact injuries,which can be used as a risk assessment index for non-contact injuries;During the test,the application of the targeted rehabilitation physical training intervention program can develop the test results of the Beijing hockey enthusiasts,and the intervention scheme can be to a certain extent. |
