Objective:To provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment ofpsychological problems or abnormalities and the healthy growth of children by understanding the prevalence and influencing factors of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and disruptive behavior disorder(oppositional defiant disorder?conduct disorder)in a primary school in Wuhan. Methods:In this study,a cluster sampling method was used to investigate children(710boys and 606 girls)in a primary school in Wuhan in March 2017,using a self-designed questionnaire of children's health and behavior status and the Vanderbilt parental rating scale.According to the corresponding criteria, the prevalence of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, and conduct disorder were investigated. In view of the general situation, behavior habit, family situation, study burden, peer relationship and injury occurrence,t test andc~2 test were compared and analyzed with normal children. Results:a total of 1634 questionnaires were distributed in this study,1479 of which were recovered, and 1316 were valid questionnaires. The prevalence of children's attention deficit hyperactivitydisorder,oppositionaldefiantdisorderandconductdisorderwere3.9%(51/1316),6.3%(83/1316),1.1%(14/1316),respectively.Two-classLogisticregression results showed that the protective factors of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD)were:academic achievement(class order)was moderate, deceit history was occasional or sometimes, and risk factors were desktop(PVC material),learning pressure(very large)and other factors..The protective factors of oppositional defensive disorders include no neonatal diseases,no bullying by others,no accidental poisoning, and other factors;risk factors are non-exclusive children and other factors. The protective factors of conduct disorders are family factors(enlargement of family or other)and other factors;risk factors are non-only children, and learning pressure(very large). The combined effects of genetic and environmental factors(including social environment, family, biological, etc.)will have an impact on the appearance of children's psychological problems or abnormalities. Conclusions:children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, oppositional defiant disorder and conduct disorder are all related to the three factors of history of bullying, learning pressure, non weekend time, children usually finish your homework every night. It can be seen that children's psychological problems or abnormalities will have an impact on children's peer relationship, learning ability and learning efficiency. For the problems arising from these children, schools and parents should teach students in accordance with their aptitude, adopt correct and practical methods to educate them, correct their bad behavior step by step, and raise awareness of the general public about children's psychological problems or abnormal knowledge by means of media publicity so as to facilitate children's early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment.
