Objectives The purpose of this study was to retrospectively analyze the characteristics of ER+/PR-and Ki-67 with breast cancer, and to explore the relationship between ER+/PR-? Ki-67 and clinic pathological parameters. This may provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of breast cancer. Methods This article retrospectively analyzed 216 cases of breast cancer surgery in our hospital from October 2015 to December 2016.Patients underwent improved modified radical mastectomy or breast conserving surgery, and doing axillaries node dissection according to the standard guideline.Age,postmenopausal status, tumor size, lymph node status, and IHC status(ER,PR,HER2 and ki-67)were collected.Count data applications chi-square test.Pathologic and immunohistochemical results were determined by two experienced pathologists. Results 1 Compared ER + / PR-patients with ER + / PR + patients, tumor size,HER2 and Ki-67 was statistically difference(P < 0.05),indicating that the ER + / PR-than patients with ER + / PR +,larger tumor size, higher Ki-67 levels(20% or higher)and HER2 positive state.2 By comparing higher Ki-67 expression and lower Ki-67 expression, the level of Ki-67 expression was higher in younger patients and larger tumors(P<0.05,both).Tumor grade III was more easily to find high Ki-67(P<0.05)Conclusions 1 The high invasiveness of ER+/PR-tumors may be positively correlated with HER2 positive and high ki-67 expression.2 High Ki-67 expression is positively correlated with younger age group(<50 years old)?large tumor size(>2cm)? and high histological grade(? grade).
