Schizophrenia is a complex disorder of sensory perception,thinking,emotion and behavior.Since ancient times,many cultures have labeled disease patients as unknown and dangerous.The life course of the patient suffers from all kinds of unfair social exclusion.Under the modern science and the rapid development and mental health,mental illness institutions set up to help patients to disease treatment and care,but under the institutional care,patient ever heard from different aspects of the social exclusion? In addition,the author found that the relapse of schizophrenic patients,the hospitalization-discharge-reenter into the vicious cycle of the hospital,is there association with social exclusion?Therefore,This study is carried out with the following questions:1.The relationship between the development and status quo and social exclusion of psychiatric patients.2.The experiences and effects of schizophrenia in the perspective of social exclusion.3.Limitations of institutional care in the perspective of social exclusion.4.Proposed Suggestions on how to improve the deficiencies of institutional care.The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of social exclusion on institutional development.And whether there is any adverse rejection of the patient within the organization,how the exclusion affects the internal work of the organization and the treatment and recovery of the patients.Through the study,the society can re-examine the treatment,rehabilitation and the inequality problems encountered in the life,and improve the public awareness of the equal rights of patients.First of all,patients with early symptoms start to the end of the treatment,as well as return to society's each link have varying degrees of social exclusion,the multi-types,comprehensive,multidimensional under mutual exclusion,lead to the survival of the patient's social economy,employment,marriage needs suffered varying degrees of pressure and maladjustment;The more rejection dimensions the patient encounters,the greater the degree of self-identity,self-respect and self-confidence,emotional experience,and reduced willingness to treat,which makes it more likely to fall into the vicious cycle of disease relapse.In addition,institutional care is a very important life experience in the patient's journey,and the treatment and service provided by the institution is also an important part of the patient's better recovery.Performance of social exclusion in different part of the body,such as organization culture influence by social environment,the development of organizations has paramedics to authority,the limitations of rehabilitation services and other services are given a row of social exclusion permeability;The mentally ill are still in a passive position,affecting their condition,self-evaluation,treatment intention,recovery effect and so on.Finally,according to the research findings,the author gives some Suggestions on the maintenance of relevant rights,agency service and community integration.
