1.Objectives1.1 To investigate the status of nurses' job satisfaction,internal marketing and loyalty.1.2 To analyze the correlation of job satisfaction,internal marketing and loyalty.2.MethodsThis study used a convenient sampling method,using a general data questionnaire,the Minnesota Satisfaction Scale,the Internal Marketing Questionnaire,and the Organizational Commitment Questionnaire to conduct a questionnaire survey of 252 nurses of the Guangzhou Infectious Disease Hospital from July to September 2017.survey.Data were statistically analyzed using SPSS20.0 statistical software and Amos20.0.The statistical methods included descriptive statistics and Spearman correlation analysis.3.Results3.1 The total score of the job satisfaction scale of this group of nursing staff is77.00±12.00,the internal satisfaction dimension score is 23.00±4.00,the external satisfaction dimension score is 8.00±1.00,the approved dimension score is 23.00±4.00,and the authority/social utility dimension score It is 22.00±5.00.The internal service quality questionnaire has a total score of 74.00±15.00.The communication,teamwork and effective training dimension score is 8.00±2.00,the management support dimension score is 12.00±3.00,the tool dimension score is 11.00±3.00,and the encouragement and recognition dimension score is 8.00± 1.00,the goal recognition dimension score is 8±2.00,and the policy procedure dimension score is 11.00±3.00.The total score of the nurse loyalty questionnaire was 42.00±7.75.The value commitment dimension score is14.00±3.00,the effort commitment dimension score is 14.00±4.00,and the retention commitment dimension score is 13.00±3.00.3.2 Spearman correlation analysis results are that internal marketing was positively related to job satisfaction(r=0.232,P<0.05).Internal marketing was positively related to loyalty(r=0.551,P<0.05).Job satisfaction was positively related to loyalty(r=0.154,P<0.05)3.3 The model goodness of fit was well.The absolute indicator RMSEA is lessaffected by sample size,used to test the model fit better,the RMSEA value is less than the standard value of 0.067<0.10,at the same time,the relative index,except the index of AGFI is slightly lower than the standard value of 0.90,other indicators have reached the standard of evaluation,a better model fitting.4.ConclusionsThe results of this study found that the overall level of internal service quality,the job satisfaction of nursing staff in the overall infectious disease hospital and their loyalty are closely related,and there is a significant correlation.As the administrator of the hospital,all should be aware of the internal marketing management strategy of the necessity and importance of the nursing staff as internal customers to provide nursing workers enough material and spiritual support,provide enough opportunities for personal development and create more platforms,help them thrive in the specialty,and improve the satisfaction of the work,in order to improve their loyalty to a hospital,to truly improve the external customer satisfaction(patients).
