| Objective:Through the observation of dialysis in the level of blood pressure and TCM syndromes,between hypertension and TCM syndrome type of dialysis in the law,starting from TCM perspective,provide a theoretical foundation and basis for intervention of hemodialysis patients with blood pressure level.Methods: 1.Cases from May 2017-February 2018 Henan University of traditional Chinese medicine,the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan TCM research center of blood purification,Affiliated Hospital Department of nephropathy and Zhengzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine hemodialysis patients 123 cases,average every week hemodialysis for 3 times,4 hours each time,and the duration of dialysis for more than 3 months.2.According to the "guiding principles of clinical research on new drugs of traditional Chinese medicine" in the treatment of chronic renal failure by TCM,TCM four diagnostic methods and basic principles of reference,according to the patient’s symptoms and signs,tongue and pulse,the combination of disease and syndrome differentiation,the maintenance hemodialysis patients with TCM syndrome type.The dialysate medical staff used the OMRON HEM-720 electronic sphygmomanometer to measure the blood pressure of the patients.After 2 months,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure before and after dialysis in maintenance hemodialysis patients were recorded.8 weeks blood pressure data were randomly selected to calculate the mean value.The total frequency of dialysis and the frequency of hypertension during dialysis were observed.Objective to analyze the distribution rule of TCM Syndromes of hypertension in maintenance hemodialysis patients,compare the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure among different syndromes,and compare the incidence of hypertension among different syndromes in dialysis population,and analyze them based on the theory of TCM.Results: 1.The distribution rule of TCM Syndromes of hypertension in maintenance hemodialysis patients: spleen and kidney qi deficiency syndrome in 34 cases(27.6%),spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome in 12 cases(9.8%),liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome 46 cases(37.4%),Qi Yin two asthenia syndrome 22 cases(17.9%),Yin Yang two,deficiency syndrome 9 cases(7.3%).2.There was a significant difference in the level of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure before dialysis,after dialysis and after dialysis between different syndromes.There was a significant difference between them(P<0.01).The levels of systolic blood pressure before dialysis in two: deficiency of spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome and Qi deficiency of spleen qi and yin deficiency syndrome of yin and yang two;diastolic blood pressure: two deficiency of spleen kidney yang deficiency of spleen and kidney qi deficiency liver kidney yin deficiency Qi and yin deficiency syndrome of yin and Yang two.The systolic blood pressure level in hemodialysis: two deficiency syndrome of Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome and Qi deficiency of spleen qi and yin deficiency syndrome of yin and yang two;diastolic blood pressure levels in dialysis in two: deficiency of spleen kidney yang deficiency of spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome of Qi and yin deficiency syndrome of yin and Yang two.The levels of systolic blood pressure in hemodialysis: two deficiency syndrome of Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome and Qi deficiency of spleen qi and yin deficiency syndrome of yin and yang two;diastolic blood pressure levels in dialysis after two: deficiency of spleen kidney yang deficiency liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome deficiency of spleen and kidney qi and yin deficiency syndrome of yin and Yang two.3.The incidence of hypertension among different syndromes is: liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome(38%),spleen and kidney qi deficiency syndrome(25%),Qi Yin two deficiency syndrome(19.6%),Yin Yang two deficiency syndrome(9.8%),spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome(7.6%).Conclusion: 1.In the patients with end-stage renal disease maintenance hemodialysis,the distribution of TCM syndrome type of hypertension in dialysis: the most common with the deficiency of the liver kidney yin and the spleen and kidney qi deficiency syndrome.2.The comparison of pre dialysis systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure levels,spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome groups systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure was the highest,and the deficiency of yin and yang two people of the lowest systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in hemodialysis;blood pressure levels,spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome groups systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure is highest,yin and yang two of the population of the lowest systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in hemodialysis;comparison of blood pressure levels,spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome population systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure is highest,yin and yang deficiency syndrome in two groups of systolic and diastolic pressure of the lowest value.3.In maintenance hemodialysis patients,the highest probability of high blood pressure in dialysis patients was liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome(38%). |
