Study On The Myasthenia Gravis TCM Syndrome Analysis And A Meta-Analysis Of The Efficacy Of Supplementing Spleen And Kidney

Objective:To explore the distribution of TCM Syndromes of myasthenia gravis,the method of Meta analysis,combined with the theory of internal organs of traditional Chinese medicine,to explore the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of myasthenia gravis,and to analyze the therapeutic effect of supplementing spleen and kidney method and related prescription drugs on myasthenia gravis and evaluate myasthenia gravis Efficacy and safety of spleen nourishing kidney therapy and related prescriptions intervention.Methods:1)We searched the relevant literatures of myasthenia gravis(myasthenia gravis)treated by Chinese medicine in the past 10 years.2)By using Review Manager5.3 software,after effective information entry,bias analysis,heterogeneity test and selection effect model,the effect of tonifying spleen and kidney benefiting to myasthenia gravis(impotence)was compared and compared,and the evaluation was made.The Retrieval Path: the Chinese knowledge network database CNKI;the Wanfang database;the VP database;the Pubmed(the document base established by the National Library of the United States);the document limitation is mainly included in the last 10 years.Screening Criteria: Patients with myasthenia gravis(impotence)treated after treatment by TCM syndrome differentiation;the study type is the literature of clinical observation,case report,and so on.Data Extraction: data statistics were carried out on the Excel table.The basic information included: paper author,paper title,publication name,publication year,sample volume,efficiency of treatment group,efficiency of control group,curative effect,random method,inter group equilibrium,distribution of hidden hiding,blind method,Jadad score.Accurate scoring.Quality Evaluation: the standard of grade was revised version Jadad,and the quality of literature was evaluated by the contrast scale.The score was 0-7 points and the total score was more than 4.The total score was less than 3 to low quality literature.Analysis And Evaluation: the classification of the treatment group was compared with that of the corresponding control group,and the results were included in the forest map and the bar chart of the bias report.Results:1.1 After collection and screening,1994 cases were included in the cases,11 were syndrome differentiation,the highest frequency of syndrome was spleen and kidney deficiency type(40.43%),the others were spleen and stomach deficiency(20.49%),spleen qi deficiency(16.63%),spleen and kidney yang deficiency(6.36%),Yang Qi deficiency(3.90%),liver kidney yin deficiency(3.10%),Qi Yin deficiency(2.45%),Qi and blood.Two virtual(2.35%),middle Qi subsidence(2.08%),blood deficiency obstructing collaterals(1.70%),wind phlegm disturbance(0.50%).1.2 According to syndrome type statistics,the frequency of spleen and kidney is the largest.It is confirmed that the pathological changes of the kidney and the nature of the spleen are important factors in the pathogenesis of this disease.1.3 A total of 12 syndromes,including 5 syndromes of spleen,kidney,liver,stomach and meridian,7 syndromes of qi deficiency,Yang deficiency,blood deficiency,yin deficiency,phlegm disturbance,wind movement and air depression.1.4 The main disease is spleen and kidney,and Qi deficiency is the most important disease factor.In the statistics of the disease,there were 35 times of the deficiency of the disease,including true falsehood,and 1 cases of disease.2.A total of 6 articles met the inclusion criteria of Meta analysis,involving 521 cases,including 257 cases in treatment group and 264 cases in western medicine group.6 Meta analysis:2.1 The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(RR =3.07,95% CI[2.36-4.00])(P < 0.00001).2.2 The curative effect of the Chinese medicine group supplementing the spleen and kidney is better than that of the western medicine control group(RR =3.02,95%CI [1.47-6.20])(P=0.003).2.3 Chinese medicine combined with western medicine is better than western medicine group(RR value =2.64,95%CI[1.42-4.92])(P=0.002).2.4 The combination of Chinese and Western medicine is more effective than western medicine alone to avoid adverse events.Conclusion:1 Myasthenia gravis overall syndrome distribution in the spleen and kidney two deficiency type.Spleen and kidney are the most important signs of disease.Qi deficiency is the most important disease factor.The characteristics of the disease are deficiency syndrome,false and solid.2 The curative effect of supplementing spleen and kidney benefiting kidney,reinforcing spleen and kidney type Chinese medicine,reinforcing spleen and kidney type Chinese medicine combined with western medicine on myasthenia gravis and in avoiding the occurrence of adverse events has more obvious advantages than the simple use of Western medicine.
