| Objective:To spleen and kidney-related theory as theory basis, through comparative analysis of clinical efficacy, confirming the method of invigorating spleen and kidney than simply nourishing the spleen on bulbar muscular involvement symptoms (such as swallowing suffering, water choke) in patients withâ…¡B myasthenia gravis has a better effect. Methods:1. IIB myasthenia gravis patients have the different clinical characteristics. In accordance with the requirements of this subject, design a table which is used to collect the information about the patients who have been divided two groups. The patients in the different treatment are given to different medications a month.Then the information is collected again.2. SPSS11.0 statistical software package proceeds were used for statistics analysis.Results:1. The total number of cases is 60, including treatment group (invigorating spleen and kidney) and control group (nourishing spleen) 30 cases each. The patients in the different treatment are given to different medications, resulting in the efficiency of the former was 86.7%, the latter was 80.0%.2. There was significant in the efficiency of two groups (P<0.05).3. Symptom score analysis.Kidney-related symptoms:the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was no significant (P>0.05), while the two groups in the degree of improvement was significant (P<0.05).Spleen-related symptoms:the difference between the two groups before treatment after treatment and the degree of improvement showed no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion:Through comparative analysis of clinical efficacy, confirming the method of invigorating spleen and kidney than simply nourishing the spleen in patients withâ…¡B myasthenia gravis has a better effect. It is worthy of further study.
