Observation Of Clinical Efficacy Of Peiyuan Yinaofang Patients With Alzheimer's Disease

ObjectiveIn this study,non-randomized controlled trials were used to observe the clinical efficacy of Peiyaun Yinaofang Prescription plus Donepezil Hydrochloride Tablets in the treatment of patients with light and moderate Alzheimer's disease with renal insufficiency.The patients were treated for MMSE and ADL before and after treatment.Tables and evaluation of symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine,obtained objective data and statistical analysis,preliminary discussion on the clinical efficacy of Peiyaun Yinaofang combined with donepezil hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease.MethodsBased on the case inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,this study selected 111 patients in our hospital and wards from April 1,2016 to September 31,2017.The patients were divided into a treatment group and a control group according to the patient's wishes for treatment.The treatment group included 58 cases were treated with Peiyaun Yinaofang combined with donepezil hydrochloride tablets;53 cases in the control group were treated with donepezil hydrochloride alone.After 12 weeks of continuous medication,ADL scores,MMSE scores,and TCM symptoms were measured before and after treatment.The scores were compared to compare the cognitive dysfunction,daily life ability,and the improvement of TCM symptoms in the two groups after treatment.Finally,the correlation between the evaluated score and drug efficacy using statistical software was analyzed.ResultsIn this study,a total of 111 cases were included in the study,among which 5 patients fell off during the clinical observation process.106 cases were actually completed.3 cases remained in the treatment group and 55 cases remained in the control group.The control group lost 2 cases in 51 cases and the calculated dropout rate was calculated.4.5% meets statistical requirements.There was no statistical difference between the two groups in terms of age,sex ratio,education level,pre-treatment ADL score,MMSE score,and TCM symptom scores(P>0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,cognitive,daily living and TCM symptom scores were performed again.The results showed that after treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group in improving cognitive impairment and improving daily life.There was a statistical difference(P<0.05).The improvement of TCM symptoms and signs in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).No serious adverse events occurred in the treatment group and the control group during the treatment.Conclusion1.Peiyuan Yinaofang combined with donepezil hydrochloride can improve the cognitive ability and daily life ability of Alzheimer's disease,and the curative effect is better than that of donepezil hydrochloride alone.2.Peiyuan Yinaofang combined with donepezil hydrochloride tablets can improve the symptoms and signs of TCM patients with mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease and is superior to donepezil hydrochloride alone.3.Peiyuan Yinaofang combined with donepezil hydrochloride tablets application safety.
