The Effect Of Internal And External Application Combined Therapy On The Intervention Of Patients With Pelvic Inflammatory Mass

Objective: Observe the clinical effect of Sanjie Xiaozheng Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine permeabilization combined therapy and oral Sanjiexiaozheng Decoction on pelvic inflammatory mass,to explore the differences in the therapeutic effects of the two therapies for pelvic inflammatory masses,to provide the most effective treatment for the disease.Methods:This study collected 72 patients who met the inclusion criteria from September 2016 to September 2017 in the Second People's Hospital of Henan Province,and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.36 patients in the treatment group were treated with comprehensive therapies(Sanjie Xiaozheng Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine application method);36 patients in the control group were treated with oral Sanjie Xiaozheng Decoction.20 days for one course of treatment,observe two courses of treatment.Permeabilization is used during menstrual period from the third day of cleansing until before menstruation.In principle,treatment for 10 days is a course of treatment.The two groups of Sanjie Xiaozheng Decoction were taken on the day of treatment,and were administered orally for two consecutive courses.The menstrual period was used continuously.By comparing the two groups of patients before and after treatment total scores,changes in the symptoms and signs,and the reduction of the package,to evaluate them.result:(1)Comprehensive evaluation of efficacy: In the treatment group and the control group,the effective rates were: 93.55% and 71.88%;The recovery rate was: 77.42% and 56.25%,respectively.The comparison between the two groups was significantly different with the rank sum test(z=-2.021,P=0.043<0.05).(2)Symptoms and signs are effective: Two groups of symptoms improve the situation,In the treatment group and the control group,the effective rate was 87.10% and 65.63%.The recovery rate was 70.97% and 46.88%,respectively,with significant difference between the two groups(z=-2.103,P=0.035<0.05).(3)The shrinkage of masses:In the treatment group and the control group,the effective rate was 93.55% and 75.00%.The recovery rate was: 83.87% and 59.38%,respectively.The comparison between the two groups was significantly different with the rank sum test(z=-2.226,P=0.026<0.05).Conclusion:(1)The reduction of pelvic inflammatory mass by comprehensive therapy is better than that of oral Chinese medicine group.(2)The improvement of clinical symptoms in patients with comprehensive therapy was better than that of pure oral Chinese medicine group.(3)The comprehensive therapy can significantly improve the curative effect and shorten the course of treatment than oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine alone.(4)No adverse reactions or adverse events were found during clinical treatment.The drugs were relatively safe.
