Liver cancer is one of the most common and fatal cancers in the world,threating people's life as well.As a result,verifying the mechanism of liver cancer plays a vital function in its treatment,prolonging the survival time of the patients.In the process of liver cancer,the majority of transcribed RNAs are noncoding,which do not contain protein-coding sequence.These transcripts are eventually,on the other hand,processed into small RNAs including microRNAs(miRNAs),Piwi-interacting RNAs(piRNAs),tRNA-derived stress-induced fragment RNAs and small nucleolar RNAs(snoRNAs),and,on the other hand,processed into long noncoding RNAs(IncRNAs).MicroRNAs plays an important role in the proliferation,invasion,metastasis and apoptosis of hepatoma cells.LncRNAs can regulate transcription and post transcriptional regulation,participating in the occurrence and development of liver cancer.It can be used as a competitive endogenous RNA(ceRNA)and target gene competitive miRNA,which is involved in gene regulation process.Micro RNAs are 20?25 nucleotides noncoding RNAs,targeting message RNAs and silenced by pairs of bases completing the target genes.Long noncoding RNAs(lncRNAs)are defined as transcripts longer than 200 nucleotides that are not translated into protein.Recently study shows that lncRNAs plays a crucial role in many life activities,such as chromatin modiication,epigenetic regulation,RNA processing,gene transcription,cell cycle regulation.In this article,I used the technology of cell transfection,either miR-338-3p or miR-497-5p was transfected into hepatoma cell line to detect whether it will affect the expression of LINC00473 and proliferation,invasion,metastasis,cell function of hepatoma cell.What's more,using the technology of bioinformatics,I found a ceRNA of LINC00473,clarifying the regulatory mechanism.Previous results showed that both micro RNA-338-3p and micro RNA-497-5p are tumor suppressor factors and GES dates indicated LINC00473 is highly expressed in hepatic carcinoma tissues.Those results suggest that both micro RNA-338-3p and micro RNA-5p can be used as potential targets for the treatment of liver cancer patients.
