Clinical Study About The Treatment Of Thin Endometrium Which Is Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis With Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With Pelvic Floor Electrical Stimulation

Objective: To observe the effect of thin endometrium in patients with the application of traditional Chinese medicine and pelvic electric stimulation combined with changes after treatment of menorrhagia and ultrasonography endometrial thickness,endometrial blood flow changes,evaluate the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine and pelvic electric stimulation combined treatment of thin endometrium,provide evidence for clinical application.Method: 76 cases of thin endometrium were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine alone,while the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with pelvic floor electrical stimulation for 3months.The changes of endometrial thickness and subendometrial blood flow before and after treatment were observed by color Doppler ultrasound.The menstrual volume before and after treatment was evaluated by menstrual haemorrhage graph.To evaluate the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with pelvic floor electrical stimulation in the treatment of thin endometrium.Results: the research object off 2 people,excluding 1 people,completed a total of 73 cases of patients with treatment and determination of indicators.The experimental group and the control group before and after treatment in patients with endometrial thickness,uterine artery pulsatility index(pulsatility,index,PI)and uterine artery resistance index(resistance index,RI),menstrual volume,significant difference TCM syndrome score was(P<0.01).After three months treatment period,patients in the experimental group endometrial thickness was higher than the control group(P<0.01);experimental group of uterine artery blood flow PI is lower than the control group(P<0.05)The RI of uterine artery was lower than that of control group(P < 0.01),the score of TCM syndromes in test group was lower than that of control group(P < 0.01),and there was no significant difference in menstrual volume between test group and treatment group after treatment(P > 0.05).The curative effect of the test group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.01).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine combined with pelvic floor electrical stimulation can improve endometrial thickness,uterine artery blood flow Pi and RI,menstrual volume,TCM syndromes,and so on.Among them,it can improve endometrium,uterine artery blood flow Pi and RI,TCM syndrome,etc.Traditional Chinese medicine combined with pelvic floor electrical stimulation is superior to traditional Chinese medicine alone.Chinese herbal medicine combined with pelvic floor electrical stimulation in the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of thin endometrium patients have a significant effect.
