Treatment Of Thin Endometrium With Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis By Adding Or Subtracting Yulin Zhu

Objective: By observing the improvement of endometrial thickness in patients with thin endometrium of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type by adding or subtracting Yulin Zhu,and comparing the changes of TCM syndrome score,menstrual volume score,RI and PI value of myometrial blood flow,hormone and pregnancy rate of infertile patients before and after treatment,the mechanism of Yulin Zhu in treating thin endometrium was discussed.Methods: A randomized parallel control experiment was conducted to collect 60 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.They were divided into two groups,A and B,with 30 cases in each group.Group A was treated with western medicine Fenmotong plus Chinese medicine plus Yulin Zhu,while group B was treated with western medicine Fenmotong only.The treatment lasted for three menstrual cycles.The changes of endometrial thickness,TCM syndrome score,menstrual volume score,RI and PI values of myometrial blood flow,hormone and pregnancy rate of infertile patients before and after treatment were observed.Results:(1)There were no significant differences in age distribution,endometrial thickness,TCM syndrome score,menstrual volume score,PI and RI value of myometrial blood flow,FSH,LH,E2,PRL and T between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).(2)Endometrial thickness comparison: after treatment,the endometrial thickness of the two groups increased significantly(P < 0.01),the treatment group was better than the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05);(3)TCM syndrome score comparison: after treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome of the two groups were significantly improved(P < 0.01),the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the comparison between the two groups was non-significant(P < 0.01).There were significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.01);(4)comparison of menstrual volume scores: after treatment,the menstrual volume scores of the two groups were significantly improved(P < 0.01).The improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.01);(5)comparison of PI and RI values of uterine myometrial blood flow: after treatment,PI and RI values of the treatment group were significantly improved(P < 0.01),control group.In group A,only RI was significantly improved(P < 0.05),PI was not significantly improved(P > 0.05);there was no significant difference in PI and RI between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05);(6)Hormone five comparisons: both groups could improve FSH(P < 0.01),the improvement of treatment group was better than that of control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05);both groups could improve LH(P < 0.05).0.01,the control group P < 0.05),the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05);both groups could increase the level of E2(P < 0.01),there was no significant difference between the two groups aftertreatment(P > 0.05),but the average increase of E2 in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group after treatment;the two groups had no significant effect on the level of PRL(P > 0.05);There was significant difference in T level before and after treatment(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in T level before and after treatment between the control group and the two groups(P > 0.05);(7)Pregnancy rate: 15 infertile patients in the treatment group,4 pregnant women,the pregnancy rate was 28.6%;16 infertile patients and 2 pregnant women in the control group,the pregnancy rate was 12.5%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).(8)Comparing the comprehensive curative effect: the treatment group recovered 5 people,markedly effective 10 people,effective 15 people,the effective rate was 100%;the control group recovered 2 people,markedly effective 1 person,effective 15 people,ineffective 2 people,the effective rate was 93.3%.The effective rate between the two groups was significantly different(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Adding or subtracting Yulin Zhu can effectively increase the endometrial thickness of patients,significantly improve the scores of TCM syndromes and menstrual volume,significantly improve the levels of FSH and LH,improve ovarian function,to a certain extent,improve the E2 level of patients,and improve the pregnancy rate.
