| Objective: rheumatoid arthritis(RA)patients about has knee joint swelling and no knee joint swelling was discussed between the significance of similarities and differences,and to recognize the difference between modern medicine and traditional chinese medicine,so as to lay the foundation for the next step of clinical treatment.Methods:General view of modern medicine and traditional medicine in recent years in the journal,papers,books related to RA clinical symptoms,is guided the theory of " deficiency virtual and evil stasis " by the master of Chinese traditional Chinese medicine of Lou duo feng,on the basis of experimental data collection,a formal case collection table was developed.Collection of 409 patients who met the inclusion criteria in henan rheumatism hospital,time span in between April 2013 to July 2016,collected the basic condition of the patients with RA,joint symptoms,laboratory test results,joint outside of traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptom clinically relevant results using computer to build database.Further,409 patients were divided into knee joint swelling group and no knee joint swelling group according to whether there were knee joint swelling or not.SPSS 19.0 was used to analyze and study the difference and relationship between the two groups in terms of joint,laboratory examination and clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Results:1,In the basic case,the course of disease difference between the two groups was statistically significant,and no knee joint swelling group was lesser than has knee joint swelling group;There was knee joint swelling group,more patients are getting worse in the spring,and no knee joint swelling group,more patients are getting worse in the winter.2,Joint symptoms,outside the joints of traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms,the nature of joint pain and causes of joint pain causes chi-square test shows: statistical differences all have clinically significant joint symptoms,and nature of joint pain,sink pain,fixed pain,hot pain,and cold pain,joint of outside traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms,Like to drink hot drinks,mouth bitter,many dreams,dry mouth,easy to sweat,many phlegm,sweat of movement,forgetfulness,body swelling,are no swelling in the knee joint group < swelling in the knee joint group,related clinical symptoms have statistical significance between the two groups(P < 0.05),Affect the cause of joint pain,aggravation after fatigue,abatement after activity,performance of outside joint,eat cold things to loose bowels,lumbar debility,vision worse,thirsty not to drink water,the fatigue subsided after the break,early menstruation,no knee joint swelling group was more than has knee joint swelling group,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups in clinical symptoms(P < 0.05).3,HGB and RBC met the normal distribution,and the results of t test showed that there was no statistically significant difference in RBC distribution between the two groups,there was statistically significant difference in HGB distribution between the two groups,and there was no knee swelling group >in the knee joint swelling group.ESR,RF,CRP,anti-ccp,Lg G,Lg M,Lg A,C4,C3,WBC,PLT rank and test results show that,P values of ESR,CRP,Lg M,C4,WBC and PLT(0.000,0.000,0.019,0.035,0.000,0.002)were all < 0.05,and the differences were statistically significant,and no knee joint swelling group was lesser than has knee joint swelling group.The P values of RF,anti-ccp,Lg G,Lg A and C3(0.079,0.106,0.527,0.7160.490)were all > 0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:1,The disease activity degree of the knee joint swelling group is high,the condition is serious,should intervene in advance.2,the knee joint swelling group there was a complicated of deficiency syndrome and full syndrom,and the condition was complicated,The knee swelling joint group was mainly based on deficiency syndrome. |
