Whether The Joint Swelling Pain Of Rheumatoid Arthritis Clinical Research Of TCM Syndrome Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Key Indicators

Objective To investigate whether joint swelling pain in rheumatoid arthritis(rheummatoid arthritis,RA)is key indicators of TCM syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome or not,so as to provide a more accurate method for TCM syndrome differentiation of rheumatoid arthritis,lay the foundation for the next treatment.Methods Through the extensive collection of relevant literature of Chinese and Western medicine in the clinical manifestations of RA in recent years,at the same time,we regard Professor Lou's theory of "Xu Xie Yu" as our guide,we made a formal questionnaire on the basis of the preliminary experiments.We collected a total of 427 patients with rheumatoid arthritis who met the inclusion criteria in the rheumatic disease hospital of Henan between April of 2013 and September of 2016,Then we collect the general situation of RA patients,joint and external manifestations of the clinical findings of the computer to complete the database.Finally,427 patients with RA were divided into the joint swelling pain group and the control group,and the differences and connections between the 2 groups were analyzed by SPSS19.0.Results 1,There are angry after aggravated in 55 cases(32.70%),79 cases(51.50%),irritability and depression in 60 cases(43.98%),59 cases(22.18%),a fixed pain in 55 cases(20.68%),night light weight(36.09%),96 cases of limb numbness in38 cases(14.29%),tongue the mass of dark purple ecchymosis in 87 cases(32.70%),32 cases(12.03%)lip a dark dark skin local in 73 cases(27.44%)in the control group,it appeared more and qi stagnation,blood stasis and related clinical manifestations,there was no significant difference between these two groups in these aspects(P >0.05).2,Clustering of dark red tongue ecchymosis blood stasis appear in the control group the results of(2);The performance of angry after aggravating,irritability,depression and other manifestations of qi stagnation and menstruation dark color,fixed pain,dark hair and other local skin blood stasis appear together in the control group the results of(4);A dark red lip,night light weight,dreaminess,numbness of blood stasis appear in the control group the results of(5).Conclusion Joint swelling pain cannot be used as a key indicator of rheumatoid arthritis TCM syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome;single joint symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis can not be used as the basis of TCM syndrome differentiation,comprehensive judgment must be combined with the four diagnostic information;syndrome type rheumatoid joint is very complex,a single card type less,Xu Xie Yu are indispensable.
