The Clinical Study Of Safflower Injection On Active Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective:The changes of blood lipids in patients with active rheumatoid arthritis(RA)were observed,as well as the number of joint swelling,the number of joint tenderness and the DAS28 score of laboratory indexes.It was proved that the addition of traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis could improve the hyperlipidemia state of rheumatoid arthritis in active stage,decrease the four levels of blood lipid in active rheumatoid arthritis,and thus reduce the probability of cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Diseases CCVDs in rheumatoid arthritis complicated with cardiovascular disease.High clinical efficacy.Methods: 60 patients who met the requirements were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group(n = 30)and the control group(n = 30).The experimental group was treated with methotrexate(MTX)and losuprofen sodium tablets.The control group was treated with methotrexate and losuprofen sodium tablets,methotrexate and losuprofen sodium tablets for 3 months,and safflower injection 40 ml with 250 ml normal saline intravenous drip.Once a day,every month for 12 th,a total of 3 months of treatment.Observation before and after treatment of the two groups of patients with joint tenderness,joint swelling,morning stiffness At the same time,the indexes of erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP),serum lipid(TCHO),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C)and low density lipoprotein(LDL-GN)were measured,and the DAS28 scores were evaluated before and after treatment.The data were analyzed by SPSS20.0 and the differences between the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:After treatment,the number of joint swelling and the number of joint tenderness in both groups were significantly decreased and HDL-C was significantly increased before treatment.The results of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Safflower injection combined with methotrexate tablets and losuprofen sodium tablets has obvious clinical effect on active RA and can effectively improve blood lipid status.
