Professor Zheng Shaozhou's Experience In The Treatment Of Primary Epilepsy

Objective: In order to increase the new thoughts and prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of epilepsy,Professor Zheng Shaozhou was analyzed with the aid of traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)system for the treatment of primary epilepsy and the new prescriptions hidden in the daily clinical practice were excavated.At the same time for Professor Zheng Shaozhou clinical experience and ideological heritage as the basis.Methods: This subject is divided into two parts : 1 : collection,screening,entry,analysis and summary of medical record prescription : by collecting and screening 170 medical records of primary epilepsy in outpatient primary epilepsy at the first affiliated hospital of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Jan.2002 to December 2017,and using the auxiliary system of traditional Chinese medicine to carry on the excavation and analysis of data,and to analyze the drug law of Professor Zheng Shaozhou in the treatment of primary epilepsy and the new prescription hidden in clinical practice;II : Overview of epilepsy : The review part is the definition of epilepsy and its pathological mechanism,the name of TCM and the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy.Results: 1.Statistical results of basic information: the distribution ratio of cold,warm and cool was obtained by statistics of four qi of traditional Chinese medicine: cold: 34;Wen: 28;Ping: 19m;cold: 19;five flavor statistics were mainly "Xin Wei,sweet taste,bitter taste";and the medicine meridian was mainly "liver,lung,spleen,stomach,heart".2.Statistics of drug frequency: One hundred and seventy prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine were extracted,involving 87 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines.The total frequency of use was 2989.Among them,the total frequency of use of single Chinese medicine more than 20 times was2749.It accounts for 26.4% of the total number of varieties of traditional Chinese medicine,and its frequency of use accounts for 922% of the total frequency of use.The high frequency drugs mainly have the functions of Pinellia ternata,Scorpio,Bombyx bassiana,borax,musk,alisma,natural beef,buffalo horn powder,pearl,centipede,gall south star and so on.High frequency medicine classification can be divided into: phlegm antitussive antiasthmatic medicine;calming liver and relieving wind medicine;resuscitation medicine;tonifying deficiency medicine A drug for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.3.The rule of prescription formulation: in 170 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine,the "number of supports" was set to 153(support degree 90)and the confidence was set to 0.99,and 87 pieces of data were obtained,including 10 kinds of Chinese medicine: natural cattle,scorpion,pearl,silkworm,buffalo horn powder,centipede,musk,etc.Borax,Pinellia ternata,alisma.Set the "number of supports" to 102(the degree of support is 60 m and the confidence is set to 0.99.The result shows that there are 9119 combinations of traditional Chinese medicines containing 16 core Chinese medicines: in addition to the above ten core medicines,there are also white mustard,nine pieces of Acorus calamus,Dannanxing,borneol,Kudzu root,red peony root.To bring the The "number of supports" was set to 51(support degree 30,confidence 0.99).The results showed that 59071 Chinese medicine combinations were obtained,including 20 core Chinese medicines:in addition to the 16 herbs mentioned above,there were also seeds of Lepidii,leeches,Chuanxiong and Astragalus membranaceus.4.New prescriptions: eight new prescriptions were obtained by statistical analysis of prescriptions of primary epilepsy by means of Chinese medicine assisted transmission system: new prescription 1: Gastrodia elata_pearl_natural bezoar_trigonum;The new prescription 2: Radix Phellodendri_Centipede_Cuscuta_dananxing;the new prescription 3: Acorus calamus_Gladanum_Graconis_Astragali;New prescription 4: Cornus rutaecarpa_Ligustrum lucidum_buffalo horn powder_Liu Yenu;New prescription 5:Codonopsis_asparagus_leech_macrocephala;New prescription 6:Gastrodia davidii_alisma_natural Niuhuang_centipede;New prescription 7:Cornus officinalis_Radix Puerariae_Radix Radix Rhizoma Atractyloides;New prescription 8: Codonopsis_Astragalus Radix Puerariae root_Radix Paeoniae Alba Atractylodes.Conclusion: 1.Professor Zheng Shaozhou in the treatment of primary epilepsy to "phlegm and collaterals,wind calm shock" as the basic treatment principle,supplemented by "open the orifices and awaken spirit,blood circulation,blood stasis,invigorating spleen and kidney" and so on;2.Professor Zheng Shaozhou's prescription for the treatment of primary epilepsy is based on "Pinellia ternata,scorpion,silkworm,borax,musk,alisma,natural bezoar,buffalo horn powder,pearl,centipede,gall south star".The two most important pathogenic factors are "wind,phlegm","dissipating phlegm and clearing collaterals" and "dispelling wind to settle shock",which are combined with "tonifying deficiency,removing blood stasis,opening orifices" and treating according to individual syndrome and syndrome differentiation.3.Using the system to analyze the prescriptions of primary epilepsy,eight potential new prescriptions were obtained,and the findings of eight potential prescriptions were found to be the train of thought of Professor Zheng Shaozhou's treatment of different syndrome types of primary epilepsy,as well as the clinical practice of teacher Zheng.Pay attention to the embodiment of dialectical treatment thought;4.The application of this system is of great significance to the study of Professor Zheng Shaozhou's drug use in the treatment of primary epilepsy,the excavation of new prescriptions and the memory inheritance of famous and old Chinese medicine.
