Objective:To study the anti-inflammatory,anti-mycoplasma effect and safety of children's MPP by Xi-Yan-ping injection, and to explore its clinical efficacy. To observe the changes of serum cytokines(IL-10?IL-2?IL-4?IFN-?),explore the mechanism and target of treating MPP,and provide a new basis for the clinical treatment of MPP.Methods:Using random grouping method,72 patients in the first affiliated hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese medicine, five ward MPP hospitalized children, divid into treatment group and control group, each of the 36 cases, the control group using azithromycin treatment, the treatment group is in the control group on the basis of Xi-Yan-ping injection calm drops, observation for 7 days of treatment,To compare the TCM syndromes of the two groups(including the syndrome integral, the syndrome integral, the total integral)and the curative effect evaluation; In addition, the serum cytokines are detected by Elisa, and the changes of cytokines(IL-10?IL-2?IL-4?IFN-?)were studied. The data obtained are analyzed by statistical software SPSS21.0Results:1.In the study,72 cases are included in the clinical observation, treatment group is excluded from 4 cases, control group is excluded 2 cases, actual statistical treatment group 32 cases, control group 34 cases.2.Comparison of baseline data before treatment: two groups of children in the gender, age distribution,TCM syndrome score(mainly including the main points, the integral, the total score),cytokines and other aspects by statistical treatment with comparability(P>0.05);3.There is no significance in the evaluation of the efficacy of the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),and there is significant significance(P<0.01)in the syndrome integration and total integral of TCM syndrome(P<0.05).The time of fever and cough disappeared significantly(P>0.05);4.There are significant statistical differences in serum cytokine IL-10?IL-2?IL-4?IFN-? in the two groups after treatment(P<0.01).After treatment, there are no statistical differences between the two groups(P>0.05)compared with IL-10?IL-2?IL-4?IFN-?.5.There are no differences in safety evaluation criteria for two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Xi-Yan-ping injection can significantly improve the clinical symptom of pneumonia mycoplasma pneumonia in children with pulmonary syndrome and phlegm-heat syndrome, and improve the curative effect of TCM syndromes.2.Xi-Yan-ping injection combined with azithromycin can regulate the immune function of disorder.3.Xi-Yan-ping injection has high safety,no obvious adverse reaction.
