| Objective:Observe the clinical effect of Tongbi Shujin Pills in the treatment of discogenic back pain;Discuss the mechanism of Tongbi Shujin Pills in the treatment of discogenic back pain,clarify the reliability and safety of Tongbi Shujin Pills in the treatment of discogenic back pain,to provide objective reference standards for Tongbi Shujin Pills in future clinical medications,to provide basis for further popularizing Chinese medicine pills for the treatment of discogenic back pain?Methods: Sixty patients with discogenic low back pain were selected according to the inclusion criteria.Randomized grouping and parallel control were used to divide them into treatment group and control group with 30 cases each;the treatment group was given Tongbi Shujin Pills and delivered with warm water,5 grams at a time,2 times a day;control group given oral Yaobitong capsules,warm water delivery service,3 capsules,three times a day;both groups were treated for 4 weeks as a course of treatment,a total of 1 course of treatment;recorded before and after treatment in both groups of patients VAS pain visual analogue score and Chinese version of Oswestry Disability Index(CODI)scores,and observe the changes in clinical symptoms and signs;using SPSS 22.0 software for statistical analysis,P <0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:(1)The gender,age,duration of disease,VAS and CODI before treatment were statistically analyzed between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that the treatment group and the control group are comparable.(2)After two weeks of treatment,the clinical symptoms of the twogroups were significantly improved,and a few patients were not significantly improved;both groups of patients were treated according to study design specifications without adverse reactions.(3)After one course of treatment,the clinical symptoms of both groups improved significantly;the improvement of VAS score and CODI index in both groups were better than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score and CODI index improvement in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The treatment group: 15 cases were cured,7 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were effective,and 1 cases were ineffective,the more significant rate was 78.57%;The control group:8 cases were cured,9 cases were markedly effective,7 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,the more significant rate was 58.62%.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was statistically analyzed,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)No adverse reactions occurred during the treatment in both groups.During the treatment period,there were 3 cases of shedding in two groups of patients,including 2 cases in the treatment group and 1 case in the control group.The rest of the patients successfully completed the study.Among the shedding cases,1 case in the treatment group lost contact during the follow-up period,and the remaining 2 cases voluntarily gave up treatment.(6)Six months later,two groups of patients who were cured and markedly effective were followed.There were 22 patients in the treatment group,7 relapsed or worsened,17 in the control group,and 10 patients relapsed or aggravated.Conclusion:Tongbi Shujin Pills can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with discogenic back pain,improve the patient's activities and improve the quality of life of patients.(1)In the treatment of discogenic low back pain,Tongbishujin Pills and Yaobitong Capsules are effective drugs,but the Tongyu Shujin Pills have a better therapeutic effect than the Yaotongtong Capsules.(2)Tongbi Shujin Pills can significantly improve the VAS score andCODI index after treatment;Tongbi Shujin Pills are more effective than Yaobi Tong Capsules in reducing and eliminating the pain in patients with lumbar pain.(3)Tongbi Shujin Pills and Yaobi Tong Capsules had no serious adverse reactions to discogenic low back pain.(4)Follow-up found that Tongbi Shujin Pills have good long-term curative effect in treating discogenic low back pain,but due to the small sample size,it is not convincing. |
