Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Modic Type ? Discogenic Low Back Pain (Qi And Blood Deficiency, Cold-dampness Obstruction Syndrome) With Jiawei Yanghe Decoction Granules

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Yanghe Decoction in the treatment of discogenic low back pain type I Modic change(Qi and blood deficiency,cold dampness obstruction syndrome).Methods: 60 patients with discogenic low back pain who met the inclusion criteria in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with modified Yanghe Decoction,and the control group was treated with Duhuo Jisheng pills.The course of treatment in both groups was 2 months.Before treatment,the VAS score,M-JOA score and Modic ? area change rate of the two groups were recorded.After treatment,the above scores were evaluated,and the observation data and curative effect before and after treatment were statistically analyzed by SPSS.25.Results:(1)After statistical analysis,there were no significant differences in basic data,VAS score,M-JOA score and Modic ? area change rate between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05);(2)After treatment,vas and m-joa scores of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).(3)The Modic change area rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05),while there was no significant difference in the control group before and after treatment(P > 0.05).(4)Efficiency comparison: the overall efficiency of the observation group was89.28%,higher than that of the control group(72.41%),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(5)There were no serious adverse events in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion:Modified Yanghe Decoction has good clinical effect in the treatment of Modic ? type discogenic low back pain without obvious toxic and side effects,which provides a new idea for the treatment of discogenic low back pain.
