Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Cervicoshoulder Myofascitis Pain Syndrom With Three Points Of Cervical Acupuncture Points Combined With Three Acupuncture Points Of Shoulder

ObjectiveThrough the clinical observation on the treatment of cervicoshoulder myofascitis pain syndrom with three points of cervical acupuncture points combined with three acupuncture points of shoulder,the clinical effect of it on the treatment of cervicoshoulder myofascitis pain syndrom was discussed,which provided a new idea and method for its clinical treatment.Methods60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,30 patients in each group.The "three points of cervical acupuncture points combined with three acupuncture points of shoulder group" as the treatment group and the "routine acupoint group" as control group.Both groups were treated once every day and 6 treatments made up one course.We shoud make the quantitative evaluation to determine the clinical effect according to the short form McGill pain questionaire and NPQ neck pain scale after one course.Results1.Before treatment,there were no significant differences in sex,age and course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05),suggesting that the two groups were comparable in these aspects.2.Before treatment,no significant difference was found between the two groups by statistical analysis of the total score of PRI,VAS,PPI,PF-MPQ and the score of NPQ cervical pain scale,indicating that the two groups can be compared.3.After treatment,The two groups were compared with each other before and after treatment by paired sample t test in the aspects of PRI,VAS,PPI,total score of simple McGill pain questionnaire and score of NPQ neck pain scale before and after treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both the treatment group and the control group were effective in alleviating pain and improving the influence of pain on daily life.The independent sample t test was used to compare the difference between groups.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in relieving pain and improving pain on daily life.4.Comprehensive evaluation of curative effect: in the treatment group,there were 29 cases,among which 6 cases were cured(20.69%),17 cases were treated(58.62%),5 cases were effective(17.24%),and 1 person was ineffective(3.45%),the rate of healing was 79.31%,and the total effective rate was 96.55%.Of the 28 cases in the control group,2 were cured(7.14%)and 13 were cured(46.43%),10 were significantly effective(35.71%),3 were ineffective(10.71%).The effective rate was 53.57% and the total effective rate was 89.29%.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The result of rank sum test showed that the difference between the two groups was significant(P < 0.05).5.Safety evaluation: neither the treatment group nor the control group had any adverse reactions during the trial.ConclusionThis subject through the treatment group and the control group observation comparison proved that acupuncture therapy of three points of cervical acupuncture points combined with three acupuncture points of shoulder has good analgesic effect.It can effectively improve the neck and shoulder pain.It is also effective in alleviating the effects of pain on daily life and is safe to operate.The short-term and long-term results can be achieved in the treatment.The results show that:both the treatment group and the control group have certain clinical effects in the treatment of cervicoshoulder myofascitis pain syndrom.But the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.The results suggest that the treatment of cervicoshoulder myofascitis pain syndrom with three points of cervical acupuncture points combined with three acupuncture points of shoulder has more profound significance in clinical practice.It is worthy of clinical promotion and adoption.
