Objective to compare the risk factors and prognosis of patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia(APL)in low risk group and low risk group.Method 1.a retrospective analysis was used to analyze the data of60 first diagnosed APL patients hospitalized in First Hospital Affiliated to Nanhua University from January 1,2013 to January 1,2018.According to the national comprehensive cancer network(NCCN)clinical guide, all the patients were based on the count knot of leukocytes at the onset of the disease. The results were divided into two groups of low / middle risk group(leukocyte count < 10 x 109/L)and high risk group(white cell count > 10 x 109/L),of which 42 cases were in low / middle risk group and 18 cases in high risk group.2.compare the physiological indexes of APL patients with early onset low / middle risk group and high risk group: age and sex;clinical indicators: hemogram, coagulation function and fibrinolytic function, including prothrombin time(PT),partially activated thromboplastin time(APTT),fibrinogen(FIB),D-two polymer(D-D),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),Bone marrow imaging, immunophenotype, chromosome karyotype, complications and adverse reactions duringchemotherapy, and the prognostic indicators: whether there was a difference between complete remission rate(CR),early mortality(ED),total survival(OS)and different risk groups.Results(1)physiological indexes: there was no significant difference in age and sex between patients with different risk groups(P > 0.05);(2)biochemical indexes: there was no difference in hemoglobin, platelet count, partial activation of prothrombin time, myelocytic ratio, chromosome karyotype in patients with different risk groups.Statistical significance(P > 0.05);the differences in prothrombin time,fibrinogen,D-two polymer, lactate dehydrogenase, partial immunophenotype, and partial chemotherapy were statistically significant(P < 0.05)(3)prognostic index: the rate of Hematology and subdivision, and the score of the scores in the patients with different risk groups. There was no significant difference in the number of treatment courses of substudy(P > 0.05),and there was significant difference in the early mortality and total survival rate(P < 0.05).Conclusion the immunophenotype of 1.APL patients in PT,FIB,D-,lactate dehydrogenase,CD2,CD34 is consistent with the risk group.2.high risk group APL patients had higher early mortality and shorter overall survival than those with low / middle risk group APL.
