Study On Chronic Superficial Gastritis Treated By Chaixin Liujunzi Decoction Combined With Modern Medicine

ObjectiveBy observing Chaixin Liujunzi Decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of patients with chronic superficial gastritis of liver depression and spleen deficiency,and comparing with western medicine alone,the efficacy of Chaixin Liujunzi Decoction on chronic superficial gastritis of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency and TCM symptom were evaluated.Points and safety indicators clarify the efficacy and safety of Chaixin Liujunzi Decoction in treating chronic superficial gastritis of spleen deficiency and liver stagnation.MethodsIncluding 90 patients from the Department of Gastroenterology Clinic and Inpatient Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine between December 2016 and January 2018,in line with Western medicine's diagnostic criteria for chronic superficial gastritis,and patients with TCM syndrome differentiation of spleen deficiency and liver stagnation were established.Chaixin Liujunzi Decoction combined with western medicine treatment was used as the intervention method of the treatment group,and western medicine routine treatment was used as the control group.A controlled study was conducted on the two groups of patients;the course of treatment in both groups was 4 weeks,and the corresponding treatment was conducted before the treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment respectively.Evaluation.The general data and symptom scores before treatment were basically the same in both groups.After statistical analysis,they showed no significant differences and were comparable.After treatment,the scores and clinical efficiency of TCM symptoms were observed.Results(1)The gender,age,course of disease,and TCM syndrome scores of both groups were comparable.After statistical analysis,there were no significant differences(P>0.05).(2)The total effective rate was 95.56% in the treatment group and 80% in the control group,suggesting that the two groups of treatment methods were all effective;but the total curative effect between the treatment group and the control group was different(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in curative effect group.(3)There was a significant difference in the degree of improvement of symptoms between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the TCM syndromes.(4)No obvious adverse reactions were seen in the treatment group and the control group.Conclusion(1)Traditional Chinese medicine has a good curative effect on chronic superficial gastritis,but the current literature research is mostly limited to the application of specialty drugs and the summarization of clinical experience.There is no strict scientific control and statistical method analysis.Due to the different opinions of doctors and scholars,the views on syndrome differentiation and treatment of this disease are also inconsistent,making it difficult to compare and cite each other's research results,leading to clinical imitation.(2)Chaixin Liujunzi Decoction combined with western medicine standardized treatment of chronic superficial gastritis spleen deficiency liver stagnation syndrome has a significant effect,and the curative effect is better than the control group;to improve the symptoms of TCM is better than simple Western medicine treatment,can be clinical treatment of spleen deficiency liver stagnation syndrome chronic shallow Epigastric qi,spleen,and liver respiration can provide evidence-based evidence.(3)Chaixin Liujunzi Decoction has no adverse reactions and is safe.
