The Evaluation Research Of Treatment Of Detoxification,Cooling Blood Method Combined With Western Medicine For Severe Ulcerative Colitis

Objective To observe the evaluation research of treatment of Detoxification, cooling blood method combined with Western medicine for severe ulcerative colitis by randomized, controlled clinical study.Methods The research based on40cases of patients who were conformed to be colorectal hot toxic syndrome of severe ulcerative colitis in active phase.They were randomly divided into treatment group20cases,20cases of the control group.to detoxification, cooling blood method combined with western medicine in treatment group;to western standardize treatment in control group.The course of treatment is12weeks,then analyze the clinical efficacy after the end of treatment. Following up to24weeks to observe the time of maintaining remission.Results In terms of clinical efficacy,18cases were clinical effective in the treatment group of20cases, the total efficiency was90.00%.In the controlled group,12cases were clinical effective, the total efficiency was60.00%. The treatment group was better than the controlled group by the chi-square test, P=0.011<0.05. In terms of clinical remission rate,17cases were clinical remission in the treatment group, the remission rate was85.00%.11cases were clinical remission, the remission rate was55.00%. The treatment group was better than the controlled group by the chi-square test,,P=0.038<0.05. In terms of mucosal healing rates13cases were mucosal healing in the treatment group, the mucosal healing rates was65.00%.In the controlled group,9cases were mucosal healing, the total efficiency was45.00%The treatment group and the control group was not statistically significant in terms of mucosal healing by the chi-square test, P>0.05. But they have a significant effect of colonoscopy and mucosal histopathologic score points between the treatment group and the control group,the treatment group was better than the controlled group.In terms of the Mayo score, the symptoms of efficacy, the syndrome efficacy of TCM and the quality of life of patients,The treatment group was better than the controlled group.before and after treatment.Both of the treatment group and control group are showed no abnormality of the safety indicators before and after treatment.Conclusion There was a significant clinical efficacy of detoxification, cooling blood method combined with western medicine treatment for severe ulcer colitis,and can improve the quality of life of patients with favorable clinical efficacy and safety, the efficacy is superior to western medicine alone.It is worthy of further clinical application.
