ObjectiveIn this study, clinical randomized controlled trials were used to compare the clinical efficacy of danshen needle acupoint injection and acupuncture in treatment of cervical vertigo with blood stasis obstruction, and to evaluate which treatment regimen had better curative effect.MethodsThe patients who participated in the clinical study were all from the department of Acupuncture and moxibustion Department of Guangdong Provincial Hospital and were diagnosed as the patients with blood stasis obstruction and cervical vertigo and recruited volunteers;the total of 92 cases were collected from February 2017 to February 2018.According to the clinical randomized grouping method, all the patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group each 46 cases. The two groups of patients used different treatment methods, the treatment group of patients with Salvia miltiorrhiza acupoint injection to treat, control group of patients with traditional acupuncture methods to treat, the two groups of patients were selected the same points that is the wind pool point, cervical points, temples, blood points.Treatment sessions include 2 treatments,2 weeks for 1 sessions,3 treatments per week,4 weeks.Evaluation of the efficacy of the time points include 4,respectively,before the beginning of treatment, the 1th session, the end of the 2nd session, the end of all treatment,1 month after the end of all treatments, the evaluation of the table using cervical vertigo symptom and Function Evaluation Scale(ESCV),Vertigo Disorder Scale for the efficacy the evaluation standard of the curative effect was formulated with the cervical Vertigo symptom and function evaluation scale. The research data obtained were analyzed by SPSS statistical software. The T-test is used for measuring data, the mean ± standard deviation(sx±)is used, and the Ridit is used for counting data.P<0.05 suggested that there were statistically significant differences between the two groups.Results1.the first two groups of patients in the treatment of gender, age, course of disease,ESCV score, vertigo scores and other aspects of the situation is basically consistent,no statistical differences(P>0.05),with the significance of comparison.2.group score comparison: Treatment 2 weeks after treatment group ESCV score and Vertigo disorder score is superior to control group, treatment group ESCV score and Vertigo disorder score is superior to control group, after follow-up treatment group ESCV score and Vertigo disorder score is superior to control group, statistically significant differences were associated with statistical analysis(P<0.05).3.the group score comparison: The two groups of patients with the treatment increased,ESCV score increased, dizziness disorder score gradually decreased, and after treatment ESCV score the highest,Vertigo disorder score is the lowest.4.curative effect comparison: treatment group after 2 weeks, after treatment, after the follow-up,the total effective rate of treatment is: 82.61%,93.48%,93.48%;control group after 2 weeks, after treatment, after follow-up,the total effective rate of treatment is: 71.73%,82.61%,80.43% and the effect of each node was compared, the overall effective rate of the treatment group was greater than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusions1.two kinds of therapy treatment of blood stasis obstruction of cervical vertigo have curative effect.2.Danshen acupuncture acupoint injection treatment of blood stasis obstruction of cervical vertigo is better than the traditional acupuncture treatment.3.in the whole course of treatment, according to different treatment after the observation of the comparison, therapy group and control group increased treatment with better efficacy. |
