ObjectiveThirsty symptom is a common complication in uremic patients with Main tenance Hemodialysis(MHD),and easily lead to an excessive amount of Fluid Intake and caused the increases of interdialytic weight gain(IDWG),Which is seriously affects dialysis and living quality of patient.Therefore,ing redients like this paper to Hemodialysis thirsty symptom as the research,the Dark plum Aerosol is applied to thirsty symptom in Maintenance Hemodi alysis patients.The clinical effcts of Dark plum Aerosol to Hemodialysis thirsty are evaluaed by subjective and objective indicators about the xer ostomia and thirsty degree,the resting saliva flow rate,interdialytic wei ght gain and percentage of interdialysis weight gain.Meanwhile,By recordi ng mean arterial pressure,average ultrafiltration,calculate KT/V value,compare the changes before and after treatment.It could provide evidence for the clinical treatment and nursing that the quality and adequacy of t he dialysis in MHD patients were affected by Dark plum Aerosol.MethodsAll of 60 hemodialysis patients with the syptom thirsty from Guangdon g Provincial Hospitalof Traditional Chinese Medicine between September 2016 and February 2017 were randomly divided into the observed group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The two groups adopted the conventional treat ment,rountine health education and oral health education.The observed gro up were given dark plum aerosol.the control group were given warm water s pray.Observing for 14 days.Record 9 times of daily dialysis patients data before treatment andafter treatment.The clinical effcts of Dark plum Aero sol to Hemodialysis thirsty are evaluaed by visual analogue scale(VAS),xe rostomia inventory(XI)and Unstimulated whole saliva(UWS).By observing theincreases of interdialytic weight gain,to analysis if the dark plum aeros ol can control the growth of the IDWG in MHD patients by reducing the flu id intake.By recording the blood pressure,the average amount of ultrafilt ration,the calculation of KT/V value,compared with the change of index be fore and after treatment to observe the influence of dark plum aerosol in quality and adequacy of dialysis in patients with MHD.ResultsBefore the intervention,The difference of baseline data,the thirsty and xerostomia degree between two groups was not statistically significan ce(P>0.05).The difference of dialysis related indexes such as dry body w eight,IDWG,PIWG,The average magnitude of the hemodialysis ultrafiltration and mean arterial pressure between two groups was not statistically signi ficance(P>0.05),so the two groups is comparable.after two weeks of thera py,intra-group comparisons showed that the thirsty(VAS)and xerostomia(XI)degree in observed group was decreasing trend when control group was firs t rise and then fall.The resting saliva flow rate in observed group were much better than before(0.89±0.48)ml/min?(0.96±0.48)ml/min,(P<0.05).but it was not statistically significancein control group(0.31±0.16)ml/m in,(0.31±0.16)ml/min and(0.31±0.13)ml/min.The PIWG in observed group of2 week was statistically significant(t=-3.884,p<0.01)when compared wi th 0 week.But the IDWG in control group of 2 week was not statistically s ignificance when compared with 0 week and1 week.The Mean arterial pressu re were no statistically significant difference before and after the inte rvention in both group(P>0.05).Posttreatment,the KT/V value in both grou ps were effective after treatment(P < 0.05),The trend of the experimental group is rising when the control group is the trend of decline.After the intervention between two groups,the thirsty(VAS)and xerostomia(XI)degr ee 1 and week after the treatment in observed group were both lower than the control group(P<0.05).The resting saliva flow rate 1 and week after the treatment in observed group were muchbetter than the control group(p<0.05).The IDWG in both observed group and controlgroup of 2 week were(2.50±0.77)kg and(2.92±0.86)kg.There was significance difference be tween the two gruop(P<0.05).The PIWG in both observed group and control group of 1 and 2 week has no statistically significant(P>0.05).But look from the numerical,experimental PIWG growth is lower than the control group.After two weeks intervention,the KT/V value in observed group was hig her than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,The average magnitude of the hemodialysis ultrafiltration of observation group was on the decli ne while the control group's was uptrend.The Mean arterial pressure were no statistically significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionDark Plum Aerosol can availably reduce the degree of thirsty and xero stomia in hemodialysis patients also can control the growth of the IDWG i n MHD patients by reducing the fluid intake.Reduce the burden of cardiova scular and improve adequacy dialysis and quality of life of patients.For dialysis patients health status has positive clinical significance.
