Clinical Observation Of Fuyuan Oral Liquid For Rapid Rehabilitation Of Femoral Shaft Fracture After Operation

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical curative effect of Fuyuan oral liquid for rapid rehabilitation of femoral shaft fracture after operation,with hidden blood loss,levels of inflammatory factors and the graded quantized integral of postoperative general symptoms and signs.MethodsThe prospective randomized controlled clinical trial method was adopted in this study.From February 2017 to January 2018,80 femoral shaft fracture postoperative patients with intramedullary nail fixation were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.Two groups were treated with the same conventional and basic postoperative therapy.Additionally,the experimental group was treated with Fuyuan oral liquid 20 ml/time,3 times/day,from postoperative day to 6^thdays after operation.The observational period of treatment is one week.Two groups of objects were observed the change of outcome respectively,such as the hemoglobin value?Hb?and hematocrit?Hct?value,postoperative blood loss and hidden blood loss,and the transfusion rate of the two groups.Besides,the level of inflammation factor interleukin 6?IL-6?and tumor necrosis factor?TNF-??as well as the graded quantized integral of postoperative general symptoms and signs,were observed before and after the treatment.The data was recorded and made with statistical analysis,objectively evaluating the efficacy and safety of Fuyuan oral liquid for rapid rehabilitation of femoral shaft fracture post operation.Results1.There were no significant differences between the two groups in general conditions such as age,sex,body mass index,fracture classification,anesthesia,reduction form,intraoperative bleeding,and operation time?P>0.05?,which suggested the baseline of the two groups was balanced and comparable.2.There were no significant differences in the values of Hb and Hct between the two groups before treatment?P>0.05?,which suggested the two groups were comparable.After treatment,in the 1^stand 3^rdpostoperative day,the values of Hb and Hct were decreased in the two groups,but the decrease of Hb and Hct in the experimental group was less than that of the control group?P<0.05 or 0.01?.3.There was no significant difference in post operative bleeding between the two groups?P>0.05?.But the hidden blood loss in the experimental group,calculated with form and the values of Hct,was less than that in the control group in the 1^stand 3^rdpostoperative day?P<0.05 or 0.01?.4.During the experiment,1 patient in the experimental group reached the indication of blood transfusion,received blood transfusion and was withdrawn from the trial.The transfusion rate was 2.5%,while the control group is 12.5%with 5 patients received blood transfusion.The transfusion rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,but there was no statistical difference?P>0.05?.5.There were no significant differences in the level of IL-6 and TNF-?between the two groups before treatment?P>0.05?,which suggested the two groups were comparable.After treatment,in the 3^rdand 7^thpostoperative day,the IL-6 and TNF-?were decreased in the two groups,but the decrease of IL-6and TNF-?in the experimental group was much than that of the control group?P<0.05 or 0.01?.6.There were no significant differences in the graded quantized integral of postoperative general symptoms and signs between the two groups before treatment?P>0.05?,which suggested the two groups were comparable.After treatment,the scores were decreased in both of the two groups,but the decrease in the experimental group was much than that of the control group?P<0.01?.ConclusionFuyuan oral liquid for the postoperative patients of femoral shaft fracture,can effectively control the postoperative hidden blood loss,decrease the levels of IL-6 and TNF-?,and effectively improve the postoperative general symptoms and signs.Its mechanism of achieving rapid rehabilitation may be related with the effectively control of hidden blood loss and the inflammatory factors rise.
