Analysis Of Perrioperative Hidden Blood Loss In The Treatment Of Eldenly Femoral Neck Fracture By Hiparthroplasty

Purpose: To analyze the perioperative hidden blood loss of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture treated by total hip arthroplasty and half hip arthroplasty,strengthen doctors understanding of hidden blood loss,and find out the related risk factors affecting hidden blood loss.Method: Were retrospectively analyzed in June 2012 to December 2018 in our hospital of hip arthroplasty in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture in149 cases,statistical dominance of the perioperative blood loss,and uese the Gross equation calculating the total blood loss and hidden blood loss,at the same time analysis of patients' age,gender,BMI,type of operation,whether type of prosthesis,operation time,blood transfusion,whether to use tranexamic acid and whether merger high blood pressure or diabetes and other risk factors for the hidden loss of blood.Result: Total perioperative blood loss in total hip arthroplasty patients was1099.5±389.8 ml,and the hidden blood loss was 670.0±240.5 ml,accounting for60.9%.Total perioperative blood loss in half hip arthroplasty patients was967.2±307.4 ml,and the hidden blood loss was 545.7±250.6 ml,accounting for56.4%.Perioperative hidden blood loss was correlated with gender,type of operation,type of prosthesis,whether use of tranexamic acid and blood transfusion,but not with age,BMI,operation time,hypertension and diabetes.Conclusion: Total and hidden blood loss in total hip arthroplasty patients was higher than that in half hip arthroplasty patients,especially in male patients,blood transfusion patients,patients using biological prosthesis and patients without tranexamic acid.
