Observation Of Clinical On Children's Functional Constipation Treated By Pediatric Massage Combined With Defecation Training

ObjectiveFunctional constipation in children is one of the common pediatric digestive diseases.The main clinical symptoms includes constipation?dry stroll hard to evacuate?defecation pain and difficult defecation.With modern life,changes in eating habits,the problem on children's functional constipation is getting worse.It also becomes the danger about gastrointestinal disorders,growth and development of child,mental health affect growth in children.Functional constipation is a chronic disease.Modern treatment and more laxatives,laxative drugs,drug treatment for a long time,most children and their parents failed to cooperate,often ineffective.My Tutor engaged in pediatric clinical and teaching work for many years,children with functional constipation has a wealth of clinical experience.In clinical practice,the use of pediatric massage combined with defecation training in children with functional constipation achieved good results.The purpose of this article is to observe the efficacy and safety of this method by applying the method of combination of Pediatric massage combined with defecation training to the treatment of functional constipation in children.It broadens the idea of treating children with functional constipation,enriching the treatment of functional constipation in children.Experimental methodControlled by a random,the children with functional constipation attending the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine pediatric clinic were randomly divided into 30 cases in control group and 30 patients in observation group.The observation group used Pediatric massage-based pediatric massage,defecation training and basic treatment,which control group of defecation training,basic treatment.The experiment cost two weeks,and then evaluate the efficacy of the treatment by calculate the symptom score when the treatment begins and ends.ResultsObservation group and the control group in the defecation interval,stool traits,defecation pain,defecation,symptom scores of Chinese medicine before and after treatment there is a difference(P<0.05),it showed that both two groups had effect.Two groups of children constipation total effective therapeutic effect was statistically significant difference between the observation group showed improvement in constipation effective than the control group(P=0.035<0.05).The total treatment efficiency of 93.33% in the control group,the total efficiency of 73.33%,the difference was significant(P=0.006<0.05).It indicates that the observation group is superior to the control group.The observation group and the control group had statistically significant differences in defecation interval,stool traits,defecation pain,defecation difficulty,TCM symptoms(constipation,appetite,bloating,complexion and bad breath)after treatment(P<0.05).The observation group can be considered better than the control group.For the treatment of defecation at the end of treatment,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,the efficacy of the observation group than the control group is not considerable.ConclusionPediatric massage combined with defecation training for treating children with functional constipation has good curative effect.Pediatric massage combined with defecation training operation is simple,painless,easily accepted by children,it is worth clinical promotion.
