| ObjectiveSoccer plays a positive role in enhancing the physical quality of the participants and reducing the incidence of chronic diseases.However,the health benefits are accompanied by sports injuries.In view of the high risk of soccer injury,experts and scholars began to attach importance to soccer sports protection.However,most of the researches on soccer injury protection remain on the questionnaire level.Therefore,this paper aims to assess the risk of soccer injury by using specific quantitative scores to screen male soccer players(FMS).At the same time,combining the characteristics of soccer project to introduce FIFA11+ damage prevention practice,and observe the effect of 12 weeks FIFA11+ exercise on the score of FMS,biomechanics characteristics of knee joint and dynamic balance ability of male soccer players in Colleges and universities,and discuss the prevention and cure of soccer players’ injury,and provide theoretical basis for the follow-up research and the formulation of the injury prevention training program.MethodsIn Shanghai Institute of Physical Education,42 men’s soccer special class 2013 were tested by FMS and a questionnaire survey was carried out on sports injuries.42 subjects were randomly divided into intervention group(n=21)and control group(n=21).All the participants in the intervention group were performed for 12 weeks,2times a week,each time 20 min FIFA11+ exercises,and the athletes and coaches were entered.FIFA11+ course guidance,related learning materials,and free access to FIFA11+’s Web site information;and the control group(n=21)still exercises weekly training or all warm-up training before the game in accordance with the traditional training model.The FMS score,the isokinetic muscle strength and the dynamic balance of the subjects were statistically analyzed before and after 12 weeks.Results1.In the statistics,11 cases of ankle injury,9 cases of knee joint injury and 9cases of calf injury were found.The average score of FMS was 16.3,9(21.4%)and 8people(19%)were below 14 points(14).The average score of cross leg squatting and hurdling was obviously better than the other movements.The symmetry detection found that the active straight knee lift was not symmetrical(P<0.01),the hurdles stride step,and before.After the split squat mild mild asymmetry(P<0.05).2.Before the test,there was no significant difference(P > 0.05)in both FMS scores,biomechanical characteristics and dynamic balance of the knee joint in the intervention group and the control group(P > 0.05).After 12 weeks of FIFA11+intervention,the score of FMS in the intervention group increased significantly compared with that before the intervention(p<0.01),compared with the control group(p<0.05).The biomechanical characteristics of bilateral knee flexors and extensors PT(P < 0.05),PT/BW(P < 0.05)and CSR(0.05)were significantly increased at the three angular velocities of 60 / 180,180,/s and 300 [/s],and after 12 weeks after the trial.There was significant difference in the intervention group compared with the control group(p<0.01),while the dynamic balance indexes of bilateral A(P < 0.05),PM(P <0.05),PL(P < 0.05)and YBT-CS(P < 0.01)were all significantly higher than thosebefore the test(p<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the control groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion1.The injured parts of the soccer special class are concentrated in the ankle and knee joint of the lower extremities,and the second is the calf.It is found that the backside muscles of the thighs and the abduction muscles are less flexible,the muscles of the two sides of the spine are slightly unbalanced and cause "scoliosis",and some athletes have a potential high risk of injury.2.FIFA11+ exercises can significantly improve the functional defects associated with sports injuries,and improve the biomechanical characteristics of the knee joint of men’s soccerers(four heads of the femoral head,the hamstring PT and the stability of the knee joint)and the dynamic balance of the knee joint,and have a close relationship with the improvement of the knee joint muscle performance and the body balance function.Compared with the routine warm-up exercises before training,FIFA11+ exercises have a significant advantage in improving the function of the neuromuscular function of soccer.FIFA11+ exercises can be used to prevent the injury of soccer. |
