The Effect Of Xuan Bi TongYu Capsule On Ainmal Myocardial Cell Cytokines And Apoptosis Factors In Injury Model Of Ischemic Cardiomyocytes

Purpose: This study explores the influence of "XuanBi TongYu Capsule" in the treatment of ischemic myocardial cell injury animal model on myocardial cell cytokines and apoptosis factors.In order to provide a new target for the clinical treatment of myocardial ischemia,it also provides an experimental basis for the new drug application of "XuanBi TongYu Capsule".Method: This research through the Wistar rat is divided into 6 groups,and the rat model of myocardial infarction was prepared by coronary artery ligation.In the experiment group,the model control group,the sham operation group,the positive control group(SheXiang BaoXin Pill),the high dose group of XuanBi TongYu Capsule,the dose group in XuanBi TongYu Capsule,and the low-dose group of XuanBi TongYu Capsule,each group of10 rats.Respectively to the area of myocardial infarction(mi),tumor necrosis factor-?(TNF-?),interleukin-1?(IL-1?),interleukin-6(IL-6),transforming growth factor ?1(TGF-?1)and interleukin-10(IL-10)mRNA expression of Bax,Bcl-2 gene mRNA expression conditioning effect test and observation.Result:XuanBi TongYu Capsule can effectively reduce the area of myocardial infarction in myocardial ischemia rats,and can effectively reduce the serum IL-1?and TNF-? in myocardial ischemia rats,and can effectively reduce serum TGF-?1 content in myocardial ischemia rats and effectively reduce the expression of serum Bax gene mRNA in myocardial ischemia rats and effectively increase the expression of serum Bcl-2 gene mRNA in myocardial ischemia rats.However,the effect of XuanBi TongYu Capsule on serum IL-6?and IL-10 in myocardial ischemic rats was inferior to that of positive drugs.Conclusion: XuanBi TongYu Capsule can significantly improve the cytokines and apoptosis factors of myocardial cells in ischemic myocardial cells.
