The Clinical Observation Of Zini Gengning Granule For Curing The Premenopausal And Postmenopausal Diseases With The Fire Excess From Yin Deficiency

Purpose: This paper aims to comparis the clinical manifestation of the patients who took the zini gengning granule and Chinese patent medicine kuntai capsule,and the patients had the premenopausal and postmenopausal diseases with the diagnosis of the fire excess was prerequisite.By this way,verifying the effectiveness and the safety and studying the function and the theory of the zini gengning granulesafety,which supplied curing gist for clinic.Method:we chose 72 patients sample who had the premenopausal and postmenopausal diseases with the diagnosis of the fire excess in Subsidiary Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine from the time January 2017 to February 2018,then divided the samples to two groups randomly as the patients diagnosed time,and each group concluded 36 samples for contrasting and observing.Then,we got the effectiveness and safety of the zini gengning granule for the premenopausal and postmenopausal diseases with the diagnosis of the fire excess by studying and analyzing the clinical performance of the two groups via statistics means?Result:the curing effectiveness of the curing group is 88.89 percent,and the curing effectiveness of the observing group is 83.33 percent.As a result,the effect of zini gengning granule was superior than the Chinese patent medicine kuntai capsule for healing the premenopausal and postmenopausal diseases with the diagnosis of the fire excess.Conclusion: to observe 70 cases of syndrome of yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity syndrome before and after menopause(2cases of abscission),the effect of zini gengning granule was superior than the kuntai capsule for healing premenopausal and postmenopausal diseases with the diagnosis of the fire excess.In addition,as the zini gengning granule is effectiveness and safety,which is worth to be extended and applied in clinical treatment.
