Erzhen Decoction In Treatment Of Ulcerative Colitis (Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome) Clinical Study

Objective: This topic in Erzhen decoction(Zhenren Yangzang decoction and zhenwu decoction)treatment of ulcerative colitis(spleen kidney Yang deficiency syndrome)clinical study,through observing the clinical curative effect,for clinical treatment of ulcerative colitis provide a more effective treatment.Method: According to the principle of randomized control group,63 patients of ulcerative colitis(spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome)were divided into 31 cases in the treatment group,32 cases in the control group.On the basis of oral Mesalazin Enteric-coated Tablets,the treatment group was combined with Erzhen decoction(Zhenren Yangzang decoction and zhenwu decoction).The control group was given oral treatment of Mesalazine Enteric-coated Tablets,and both groups were treated for 4 weeks continuously.The changes of symptoms,signs,colonoscopy and pathology of the two groups were observed and recorded before and after treatment,and the related observation indexes were statistically analyzed.Result: After 4 weeks of continuous drug use,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.55%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 84.38% and the difference between the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05).The total score of TCM symptoms,colonoscopy and pathological changes in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions were found during the trial.Conclusion: The Mesalazine Enteric-coated Tablets and Erzhen decoction in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(spleen kidney Yang deficiency syndrome)curative effect is significantly higher than the pure oral Mesalazine Enteric-coated Tablets,can more effectively reduce disease activity,promote the intestinal mucosa repair,improve patient quality of life,and high safety,is worth popularization in clinical.
