The Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation(qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type) By The Self-designed Lumbaginous Prescription

Objective: The significance of this research is to observe and discuss the clinical efficacy and existing problems of the Self-made Lumbaginous Prescription in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation due to qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods: According to the Doll 's clinical case random table method,80 cases of qi stagnation and blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated with the Self-designed Lumbaginous Prescription,and the control group was treated with Shentongzhuyu Decoction,and the two groups were treated for 14 days respectively.Before treatment,the two groups of patients were treated with VAS,JOA and Oswestry for 14 days,and the efficacy and safety of the drugs were statistically analyzed.Result:1.Before treatment,there was no statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group in gender,age,course of disease,VAS score,JOA score,and Oswestry score(P > 0.05),which was comparable.2.Two groups of patients after 14 days of treatment,VAS,JOA,Oswestry score group comparison and inter group comparison were statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Two groups of patients after 14 days of treatment,the overall effective rate was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were treated with the Self-designed Lumbaginous Prescription and traditionl Shentongzhuyu Decoction,and the symptoms and signs of lumbago and leg pain were obviously alleviated.At the same time,when compared with the traditional Shentongzhuyu Decoction,the clinical curative effect of the Self-designed Lumbaginous Prescription is indeed dominant,and the safety of the drug is also guaranteed,it is easy to take convenience,low price and so on.It is more easily accepted by the patients with stagnation and blood stasis type of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.It is a prescription of traditional Chinese medicine worth popularizing and using.
