Cross-sectional Study Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Spectrum Of Acute Coronary Syndrome

Purpose:Through the analysis of the acute coronary syndrome(ACS)patientswith TCM syndrome distribution characteristics,explore the outer andinner contact in the symptoms of the syndrome,acute coronary syndromeAbstract pathogenic law and the TCM Fu-xie incident disease nature,provide the basis for clinical prevention and treatment.Methods:1.Acute coronary syndrome research and distribution of building syndrome sp ectrum database: selected from the national comprehensive 400 cases in hospitalized patients with acute coronary syndrome 10 provincial hospital of traditional Chinese med-icine,epidemiological investigation methods,were collected four diagnostic information,andconstruct the database,analyzed and summarized the general syndromesof ACS t-he situation.2.Expert questionnaire on syndrome distribution and comprehensiveacute coron-ary artery: a nationwide 50 engaged in the field of cardiovascular disease clinical exp-erts,using the Delphy survey method(Delphi method),induction of syndrome of TCM syndrome type and the etiology and pathogenesis of acute coronary artery,to determine the "disease syndrome Fuxie" the model of scientific research.3.The relationship between TCM syndrome and the pathway and mechanism of latent evil effect in acute coronary syndrome: through the comprehensive evaluation method,starting from the perspective of evidence based medicine,Delphy Fa(Delphi)expert questionnaire survey results and clinical syndromes questionnaire analysis,summarize the common law there,and to find out the pathogenic mechanism of acute c-oronary syndrome ambush evil comprehensive.Results:The following conclusions are drawn through an epidemiological surveyand an expert questionnaire survey:1.blood stasis,phlegm,Qi deficiency,yin deficiency,as the main pathogeni-c factors of ACS syndrome syndrome;2.acute coronary syndromepathogenesis in super ficiality,deficiency,and empirical and deficiency;is the main clinical syndromes of ph-legm and blood stasissyndrome,3.acute coronary syndromes of two Qi and yin defic-iency syndrome;4.Fuxie(i.e.insidous phlegm,Fu Yu)for V,loss of gas consumption,and therefore often Qi deficiency and yin deficiency syndrome,clinical treatment should be both specimens.
