Objective: Through the summary of the distribution of TCM syndrome spectrum in patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy in China,it provides a basis for clinicians to treat idiopathic membranous nephropathy.Methods:1.Through the summary of previous literature and refer to the existing guidelines, preliminary classification of TCM syndromes of idiopathic membranous nephropathy, collection of 87 clinical data of patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy, collation of four diagnostic information, construction of idiopathic The TCM syndrome data table of patients with membranous nephropathy was analyzed by statistical software to summarize the syndrome distribution of IMN.2.Using the Delphi method, select 20 senior and above experts who are engaged in traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine and western medicine combined with kidney disease, and make an expert consultation questionnaire to summarize the TCM syndrome types of idiopathic membranous nephropathy with high consensus. The expert opinions of the round questionnaire are not unified, and multiple rounds of questionnaires can be conducted to make the opinions of experts tend to be consistent).3.The results of clinical TCM syndrome analysis and expert opinion were summarized, and the distribution pattern of TCM syndromes of idiopathic membranous nephropathy was obtained.Results:1.The results of expert opinion showed that the full frequency of symptoms and limb edema in the symptoms was 100%,and the coefficient of variation was 0.The full-scale frequency of spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome and spleen-kidney qi deficiency syndrome was 100%,and the coefficient of variation was 0.The highest frequency of blood stasis syndrome and damp heat syndrome(75%-80%),the coefficient of variation is the lowest(0.22-0.25);the full frequency of kidney in the disease position is 100%,and thecoefficient of variation is zero.2.The clinical data showed that the average age of IMN patients was 54.68±11.70 years old,the ratio of male to female was 2.1:1;the proportion of fatigue in the symptoms was 86.2%,the proportion of limb edema was 83.72%;the proportion of spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome was 52.87%;The glucocorticoid IMN patients with TCM syndrome of liver and kidney yin deficiency accounted for 39.53%,and the other syndromes had no significant correlation(P>0.05);the incidence of liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome in IMN patients accounted for 42.86%,male incidence Accounted for 18.64%,the remaining syndromes were not significantly correlated with gender(P>0.05);IMN lesions accounted for 80.46% of the kidneys. Conclusion:The incidence rate of male to female IMN was 2.1:1,the incidence rate of males was higher than that of females, and the highest incidence was in the 51-60 years old.The symptoms of IMN were mainly fatigue(86.2%)and edema of the extremities(83.72%).The spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome(52.87%)is the most common syndrome, and the blood stasis syndrome(41.37%)is the most common. The TCM syndrome of patients with glucocorticoids was the most common in the syndrome of liver and kidney yin deficiency(39.53%),and it was easy to see the wet evil. The incidence of female kidney-yin deficiency syndrome in IMN patients was higher(42.86%)than that in males(18.64%),and the remaining syndromes were not significantly related to gender. The IMN position is most common in the kidney(80.46%).
