Epidemiological Investigation Of Coronary Atherosclerosis And Stable Coronary Heart Disease Syndrome

Purpose:Analysis of coronary sclerosis of arterial congee appearance,stability,distribution characteristics of TCM syndrome of coronary heart disease,and contact with the essence of fu evil of TCM etiology and ultimately provide a reference basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:1,to establish stability coronary sclerosis of arterial congee appearance,coronary heart disease(CHD)of spectral database and to study the distribution of syndromes: from the national 10 provincial hospital,collecting 400 cases of coronary sclerosis of arterial congee appearance,patients with stable coronary heart disease(CHD),it must accord with standard of diagnosis,into,out,eventually establishing database of spectrum of syndromes,and study its distribution.2,coronary sclerosis of arterial congee appearance,stability,coronary heart disease(CHD)and its distribution law of syndromes expert questionnaire research: choose the nationwide long engaged in the field of cardiovascular disease,clinical and experimental research(or)50 experts,with reference to the Delphi method,formulated the "coronary sclerosis of arterial congee appearance,stability,coronary syndromes expert ZiXunBiao",adopt the way of angled/letter sent to each expert,inductive coronary sclerosis of arterial congee appearance,stability,the TCM syndrome type of coronary heart disease,to establish the main symptoms of syndrome,analyzes the relationship between pathogenesis and syndrome,disease syndrome-fu evil research model,in order to promote Chinese medicine intervention strategies and targets.3,coronary sclerosis of arterial congee appearance,stability,the relationship between coronary syndromes and fu evil research: from the perspective of clinical epidemiology,clinical syndrome survey results will be combined with the expert questionnaire,induction,finally sums up the coronary sclerosis of arterial congee appearance,stability,coronary heart disease(CHD)in the evolution of the TCM syndrome characteristics,pathogenesis regularity,to explore v evil stability in coronary sclerosis of arterial congee appearance,coronary heart disease(CHD)in the pathogenesis.Results:In this study,the main symptoms of coronary atherosclerosis and stable coronary heart disease were the symptoms of blood stasis,such as complexion,dark lips,dark red lips,dark red tongue,purple of the tongue and fine veins,etc.It is characterized by shortness of breath,lack of energy,lack of breath,self-sweat,weak tongue,and lichen,etc.In order to eat less,the mouth is greasy,the body is fat,the body is heavy,the stool is not good,the tongue is fat big tooth mark,moss is greasy,pulse slip and so on the main phlegm symptom.Main factor for qi deficiency and blood stasis,and phlegm turbidity,and lies in coronary sclerosis of arterial congee appearance,coronary heart disease stable angina(including old myocardial infarction),after intervention of coronary heart disease(PCI,CABG)accounts for the main factors in the three stages.The changes of the above three syndromes were: blood stasis was mainly caused by blood stasis in coronary atherosclerosis,followed by phlegm and qi deficiency.In the stable angina of coronary heart disease(including the old myocardial infarction),blood stasis is also the main factor,the qi deficiency gradually rises to the second,and then the sputum is turbid.After interventional coronary heart disease(PCI/CABG),qi deficiency continued to increase as the most important pathogenic factor,followed by blood stasis and sputum.Blood stasis and phlegm are the most important pathogenic factors in the demonstration,so they can be regarded as the actual voodoo.The main syndromes of coronary atherosclerosis and stable coronary heart disease are qi deficiency blood stasis syndrome,qi deficiency phlegm blood stasis syndrome and phlegm stasis.Conclusion:This topic in conformity with the tutor professor Deng Yue knot FuLao of phlegm and blood stasis,pathogenic theory,confirmed that the blood stasis and phlegm turbidity as real fu evil,closely related to fu evil etiology and pathogenesis of syndromes,phlegm and blood stasis mutual junction FuLao are the target of chronic disease,coronary heart disease of TCM intervention.Conclusion: the main therapeutic method for treating coronary atherosclerosis and stable coronary heart disease is to treat the GVD.
