Object: In this study different treatment methods are used to fiber posts and root canal wall,by scanning electron microscope observation of fiber post and root canal wall surface morphology change and test push-out bonding strength.Explore the influence of different treatment methods on fiber posts bonding strength,screening efficient processing methods,provide theoretical guidance for the clinical application.methodss: A total of 66 fresh single root canal premolars without caries,are cleaned and cut off the crown above bone world glaze 2 mm.Pulling the pulp,and Step by step backward methods to prepare the root canal,filling the root canal,at 37 ℃physiological saline stored in 7 days.Prepare the pile,randomly divided into 3 groups on average,using three kinds of treatment for processing:Control group(Control group);Na Cl O+EDTA group(5.25% sodium hypochlorite solution,17% EDTA solution);MTAD group(MTAD solution).Randomly select a teeth from each group,were observed under scanning electron microscopy(SEM).A total of 70 glass fiber posts randomly divided into 7 groups on average,treated by 7 kinds of treatment methods: Control group(Control group);Silane coupling group(Silane);HF group(5% hydrofluoric acid);Sandblast group(sandblast);PDA group(polydopamine);SA + PDA group(sandblast + polydopamine);HF + PDA group(5% hydrofluoric acid + polydopamine).Randomly select a teeth from three PDA groups,tested by Raman spectrometer.Randomly select a teeth from each group,scanned by electron microscope.According to the different methods of fiber post and root canal treatment,will all fiber post and in vitro teeth corresponding into 21 groups,adhesived by Unicem.Samples pack 0.9% saline stored in 24 hours,after slow cutting machine slices,push-out strength test,the SPSS22.0 is used to statistical analysis.After the test fracture mode of specimen are observed by microscope.Result: 1)Na Cl O + EDTA and MTAD group can remove smear layer,improve the push-out strength of fiber posts(P < 0.05).The rankings of push-out bond strength with different treatments on root canal:Na Cl O+EDTA group>MTAD group>Control group,the results have statistical difference(P < 0.05).2)The rankings of push-out bond strength with different treatments on fiber post:HF+PDA group> PDA group >Sa+PDA group>HF group> Sandblast group>Silane group>Control group.Push-out bond strength among HF + PDA group,PDA group and Sa + PDA group have no statistical difference(P > 0.05);push-out bond strength between HF group and Sandblast group have no statistical difference(P > 0.05);push-out bond strength between Silane group and Control group have no statistical difference(P > 0.05).3)Different treatment methods of fiber post and root canal wall of the interaction between different processing two factors.When the fiber post treated by PDA、Sa+PDA or HF+PDA and root canal treated by Na Cl O+EDTA,it can get the best bond strength.Conclusion: 1.Joint treatment of fiber post and root canal wall is more advantageous to improve the bond strength between fiber post and root canal.2.Two treatments on root canal can improve the bond strength between fiber post and root canal.The effect of 5.25% Na Cl O + 17% EDTA solution on the bond strength is more significant than MTAD solution.3.In addition to the silane coupling agent,the other processing methods can improve the fiber pile in bond strength of root canal,PDA、Sa+PDA、HF+PDA is better than that of HF and sand blasting. |
